Abstract

Modal Sosial dalam Rehabilitasi Narkoba Berbasis Masyarakat (Studi pada: Yayasan Kelima Kalimalang), Skripsi, Jakarta: Program Studi Sosiologi, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Menggambarkan bentuk pelayanan rehabilitasi yang dilakukan Yayasan KELIMA; 2) Mendeskripsikan modal sosial yang ada di Yayasan KELIMA; 3) Menjelaskan modal sosial dalam Yayasan KELIMA sebagai pembangunan yang berpusat pada rakyat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis tujuan penelitian deskriptif. Adapun pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara kepada lima orang pengurus Yayasan, dan dua orang tenaga ahli; observasi di kantor Yayasan KELIMA Kalimalang; dokumentasi; dan studi kepustakaan. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis melakukan analisis dengan konsep modal sosial dan pembangunan yang berpusat pada masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa unsur-unsur modal sosial seperti jaringan, nilai, dan kepercayan¸ serta tipologi modal sosial seperti; Bonding yang mengidentifikasi hubungan bersifat horizontal pada anggota Yayasan; Bridging yang mengidentifikasi kerjasama bersifat horizontal pada Yayasan dengan sektor lain seperti rumah sakit, organisasi media, lembaga pendidikan, tokoh masyarakat, dan PMI; serta Linking yang mengidentifikasi kerjasama bersifat vertikal pada Yayasan dengan lembaga Pemerintah, merupakan suatu upaya pembangunan yang berpusat pada masyarakat karena sesuai dengan beberapa karakteristik atau ciri-ciri dari pembangunan yang berpusat pada masyarakat yang antara lain adalah; proses kolaboratif atau pembentukan jaringan, pengelolaan sumber daya yang ada di dalam komunitas, dan pengambilan keputusan secara mandiri. This study aims to 1) Describe the form of rehabilitation services carried out by the KELIMA Foundation; 2) Describe the existing social capital in the KELIMA Foundation; 3) Explaining social capital in the KELIMA Foundation as people-centred development. This study is a qualitative with descriptive method. Data obtained through interviews with five Foundation administrators and two experts; observation at the office of the KELIMA Kalimalang Foundation; documentation; and literature study. In this study, the authors conducted an analyzed using the concepts of social capital and people- centered development. The results of the study show that the elements of social capital such as networks, values, and trust¸ as well as the typologies of social capital such as; Bonding which identifies a horizontal relationship with Foundation anggotaf; Bridging which identifies horizontal collaboration between the Foundation and other sectors such as hospitals, media organizations, educational institutions, community leaders, and PMI; and Linking which identifies vertical collaboration between Foundations and Government institutions, is a people-centered development effort because it is in accordance to several characteristics of people-centered development, which include; collaborative processes or networking, management of existing resources within the community, and independent decision-making.
