Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesejahteraan buruh perempuan Kawasan Berikat Nusantara Cakung di Kelurahan Sukapura Kecamatan Cilincing Jakarta Utara. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari – Mei 2017. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 150 buruh perempuan yang bekerja di Kawasan Berikat Nusantara Cakung yang tinggal di Kelurahan Sukapura dengan jumlah sampel 60 orang buruh dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner tertutup dengan jumlah soal 34 butir soal. Pengolahan data menggunakan persentase. Penelitian ini meliputi (1) identitas, (2) keberadaan Kawasan Berikat Nusantara Cakung dan (3) kesejahteraan responden. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa umur buruh yang terbanyak dengan kelompok umur 36 – 45 tahun sebesar yaitu 48.3%, pendidikan terakhir buruh yang terbanyak adalah SMA sebesar 65%, Jumlah anggota keluarga terbanyak adalah 2 orang sebesar 38.3%, Status kepemilikan rumah yang terbanyak yaitu kontrakan sebesar 70%. Buruh yang terbanyak bekerja di Perusahaan PT.Huasin sebesar 58.3%, PT.Hansnesia Dyeing sebesar 26,7% dan sebesar 15% meliputi PT. Aneka Garmentama Indah, PT. Dong Jung Indonesia, PT. Sai Rama Industrial Corp. Jenis pekerjaan buruh terbanyak yaitu sebagai operator sebesar 35%. Buruh terbanyak dengan lama bekerja sekitar < 3 tahun sebesar 35%. Pembagian sift kerja yang terbanyak yaitu pada jam 07.00 – 15.000 WIB sebesar 56,7%. Buruh terbanyak memiliki pendapatan Rp 3.300.000 – Rp 6.300.000 per bulan sebesar 35,5%, memiliki pengeluaran kebutuhan sehari – hari > Rp 2.000.000 sebesar 38,3%, pengeluaran pendidikan anak > Rp 1.000.000 sebesar 35%, pengeluaran listrik < Rp 200.000 sebesar 58,3%, pengeluaran membeli pakaian < Rp 500.000 sebesar 58,3% dan pengeluaran belanja lainnya < Rp 500.000 sebesar 56,7%. Keikutsertaan organisasi masyarakat yaitu tidak ikut sebesar 56,7%. Kesejahteraan buruh termasuk dalam kategori keluarga sejahtera I sebanyak 4 buruh 6,7%, keluarga sejahtera II sebanyak 20 buruh sebesar 33,3%, keluarga sejahtera III sebanyak 22 buruh sebesar 36,7% dan keluarga sejahtera III plus sebanyak 14 buruh sebesar 23,3%. This study aims to determine the level of welfare of female workers of Bonded Zone Nusantara Cakung in Sukapura Village, Cilincing District, North Jakarta. This research was conducted in January - May 2017. The population in this research is 150 female laborers working in bonded zone Nusantara Cakung living in Sukapura Village with sample of 60 workers by using slovin formula. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. The data was collected using a closed questionnaire with a total of 34 items. Data processing using percentage. This study includes (1) identity, (2) the existence of Bonded Zone Nusantara Cakung and (3) welfare of respondents. The result of this study concluded that the age of the workers with the most aged 36 - 45 years is 48.3%, the last education of the most high school is 65%, the highest number of family member is 2 persons is 38.3%, the most ownership status is the rented 70%. Most workers work in the Company PT.Huasin 58.3%, PT.Hansnesia Dyeing by 26.7% and by 15% includes PT. Aneka Garmentama Indah, PT. Dong Jung Indonesia, PT. Sai Rama Industrial Corp. The type of work of most laborers is as a operator of 35%. Most laborers with a working duration of < 3 years are 35%. The distribution of the highest working sift is at 07.00 - 15.000 WIB of 56.7%. Most workers have an income of Rp 3,300,000 - Rp 6,300,000 per month of 35.5%, have daily expenditures > Rp 2,000,000 of 38.3%, education expenditures of children > Rp 1,000,000 by 35% Electricity expenditure < Rp 200,000 of 58.3%, spending on clothing purchase < Rp 500,000 of 58.3% and other expenditure < Rp 500,000 of 56.7%. The participation of community organizations is not 56.7%. Labor welfare included in the category of prosperous family I as much as 4 workers for 6.7%, prosperous families II as many as 20 workers for 33.3%, prosperous family III as much 22 workers for 36.7% and prosperous family III plus 14 workers for 23, 3%.
