Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan strategi tim penggerak pemberdayaan kesejahteraan dalam meningkatkan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat di kelurahan Rambutan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian ini berada di wilayah Kelurahan Rambutan. Teknik penentuan informan menggunakan purposive sampling. Pada teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Lalu tahapan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penyimpulan data. Sedangkan pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi dalam pemberdayaan yang dilakukan oleh TP PKK kelurahan Rambutan dalam meningkatkan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat melalui beberapa tahapan seperti 1) Seleksi Wilayah yang dilakukan TP PKK sebelum melaksanakan kegiatan pemberdayaan; 2) Sosialiasi kegiatan pemberdayaan yang dilakukan TP PKK; 3) Proses Pelaksanaan Pemberdayaan melalui kegiatan pengelolaan sampah melalui bank sampah, pemanfaatan pekarangan, pemantauan jentik; 4) Pemandirian Masyarakat berupa pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh TP PKK. This study aims to identify and describe the strategy of the welfare empowerment driving team in improving clean and healthy living behavior in Rambutan village. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The location of this research is in the Rambutan Village area. The technique of determining the informants used purposive sampling. In data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the stages of data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and data inference. While checking the validity of the data using source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results showed that the strategy for empowerment carried out by TP PKK in Rambutan village in improving clean and healthy living behavior was through several stages such as 1) Regional Selection carried out by TP PKK before carrying out empowerment activities; 2) Socialization of empowerment activities carried out by TP PKK; 3) Empowerment Implementation Process through waste management activities through waste banks, utilization of yards, monitoring of larvae; 4) Community independence in the form of assistance carried out by TP PKK.
