Abstract

Persepsi adalah cara pandang seseorang terhadap sesuatu dari stimulus yang ditangkap oleh inderanya. Peneltian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi warga binaan terhadap pelatihan menjahit di Balai Latihan Kerja Lapas Narkotika Jakarta. Hasil dari persepsi peserta akan menjadi bahan evaluasi pelatihan menjahit agar kedepannya dapat terlaksana lebih baik. Penellitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, menggunakan metode survei dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Jenis kuesioner tertutup dengan menggunakan skala likert, sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 20 warga binaan yang mengikuti pelatihan menjahit. Hasil analisis data penelitian menggunakan skala rentang yang mengkategorikan keseluruhan butir kuesioner,diketahui bahwa persepsi warga binaan terhadap sub indikator kebutuhan sangat setuju dengan mencapai 90 termasuk pada rentang sangat baik. Persepsi peserta terhadap sub indikator fisiologis mencapai 84,5 rentang sangat baik. Persepsi sub indikator minat 88,67 dan perhatian 84,67 rentang sangat baik. Sub indikator ukuran stimulus mencapai 87,5 dan sub indikator warna gerakan obyek mencapai 82 masing masing masuk kedalam rentang sangat baik. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini yaitu persepsi peserta pelatihan meespon positif terhadap pelatihan menjahit didapatkan hasil dari skor sangat baik pada keseluruhan indikator, sehingga warga binaan berpendapat bahwa pelatihan ini baik dilakukan untuk mereka karena sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Perception is a person's perspective on something from a stimulus that is perceived by his senses. This study is a descriptive study that aims to determine the perception of inmates to the sewing training at the Vocational Training Center in Jakarta Narcotics Prison. The result of the participants' perception will be the evaluation material of sewing training so that the future can be done better. This research is done by using quantitative approach, using survey method with data collection using questionnaire instrument. The type of questionnaire covered by using Likert scale, the sample in this study were 20 assisted people who follow sewing training. The result of the research data analysis using the span scale that categorizes the whole item of the questionnaire, it is known that the perception of the targeted citizens to the sub indicator needs strongly agree with reaching 90 including in the range strongly agree. Participants' perceptions of the physiological sub-indicator reached 84.5 ranges strongly agreed. Perception sub indicator interest 88,67 and attention 84,67 range strongly agree. Subindicator of stimulus size reached 87,5 and sub color indicator of movement of object reach 82 each enter into the range strongly agree. The conclusion of this research is the perception of the trainee to the sewing training for the assisted citizens is very good, so that the targeted citizens take the training well for them because of the need factor.
