Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media mobile learning pada materi laju reaksi serta mengetahui kualitas dari media yang dihasilkan. Media yang dikembangkan diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran yang praktis, ekonomis dan moveable. Pengembangan media mobile learning dilakukan dengan menggunakan model prosedural yang mengadaptasi tahapan penelitian dan pengembangan yang dilakukan oleh Borg & Gall yang kemudian disesuaikan dengan penelitian pengembangan ini, yaitu analisis kebutuhan, pengembangan media dan uji coba media. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2015 sampai dengan Juni 2016. Penelitian dilaksakanan di SMAN 77 Jakarta dan SMAN 58 Jakarta. Hasil penelitian ini adalah media mobile learning pada materi laju reaksi yang berupa aplikasi pada telepon genggam dengan sistem operasi android, yang bernama “Mobchem”. Hasil nilai persentase kelayakan berdasarkan uji ahli materi dan bahasa sebesar 86%, hasil uji ahli media sebesar 90%, hasil uji coba media oleh siswa skala kecil 78%, hasil uji coba media oleh siswa skala besar sebesar 85%, uji coba oleh guru sebesar 91%. Hasil penilaian dari para ahli secara keseluruhan memiliki kriteria sangat baik, sehingga dapat disimpukan bahwa media mobile learning layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran yang praktis, ekonomis, moveable, dan sesuai dengan fasilitas yang dimiliki peserta didik. The objective of this research is to create a mobile learning media in reaction rates material and to discover the quality of media that has been produced. The media that has been developed was expected to be used as an instructional media which is practical, economical and moveable. The development of this mobile learning media was done by using model that adapt from procedural stages of research and development undertaken by Borg & Gall which then fitted in to this development research, that was the analysis of needs, development of media and the trials of media. This study was conducted in November 2015 to June 2016. The study was conducted in SMAN 77 Jakarta and SMAN 58 Jakarta. The result of this study is a mobile learning media with reaction rates material in the form of applications on mobile phones with android operating system, was named "Mobchem". The result of the eligibility percentage based on subject matter experts and language test as much as 86%, the result of eligibility by media expert was 90%, the test results of media trials by students small scale was 78%, the test results of media trials by students large scale was 85%, tested by teachers as much as 91%. Results of the assessment of experts as a whole has a very good criteria, so it can be concluded that mobile learning media proper to use as a instructional media that is practical, economical, moveable, and appropriate with the facilities that owned by the learners.
