Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keberadaan industri terhadap kegiatan perekonomian penduduk di Desa Kaliangsana, Kecamatan Kalijati, Subang, Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah penduduk Desa Kaliangsana yang dahulunya bekerja sebagai petani, namun beralih profesi menjadi buruh pabrik, pemilik warung, pemilik kontrakan, dan pemilik jasa angkutan serta yang memiliki usaha sampingan tersebut dan tetap menjadi petani yang berjumlah sebanyak 455 orang. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 141 responden dari populasi sebanyak 455 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik Quota Sampling. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner bersifat tertutup. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk melihat pengaruh dan analisis deskriptif dalam bentuk tabel frekuensi dan persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh antara penghasilan penduduk dengan jarak industri, karena semakin dekat dengan industri maka semakin banyak pelanggan atau penghuni bagi pemilik warung, kontrakan dan jasa angkutan. Berdasarkan hasil survei, penghasilan responden pada zona 2 merupakan yang tertinggi karena lokasi usaha berdekatan dengan industri. Hasil uji analisis menggunakan R2 , pengaruh jarak industri terhadap penghasilan sebesar 29.3%. Hasil penelitian terhadap pengaruh jarak industri dengan jenis usaha, menunjukkan tidak ada pengaruh antara jenis usaha penduduk dengan jarak industri, karena sama – sama menguntungkan dan menyesuaikan dengan keahlian dan tingkat pendidikan yang dimiliki. Hasil uji analisis menggunakan R2 , pengaruh jarak industri terhadap jenis usaha sebesar 6%. This study aims to determine the effect of industrial existence on the economic activities of residents in the Village Kaliangsana, District Kalijati, Subang, West Java. This research uses quantitative descriptive method with survey approach. The population in this study were Kaliangsana villagers who formerly worked as farmers, but switched professions to factory workers, stall owners, rented owners, and owners of freight services and who owned the side business and remained farmers totaling 455 people. The sample in this study amounted to 141 respondents from the population of 455 people, with the sampling technique used is the technique of Quota Sampling. Technique of taking data using questioner is closed. The data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis to see the influence and descriptive analysis in the form of frequency table and percentage. The results of this study indicate the influence between the income of the population with industrial distance, because the closer to the industry, the more customers or occupants for the owners of stalls, rented and transportation services. Based on survey results, respondents' earnings in zone 2 were the highest because the location of the business was close to the industry. The result of analysis test using R2, the effect of industrial distance to income is 29.3%. The results of research on the influence of industrial distance with the type of business, showed no influence between the type of business population with industrial distance, because it is equally beneficial and adjust to the skills and level of education owned. The result of analysis test using R2, the influence of industrial distance to business type is 6%.
