Abstract
dengan ketentuan menurut Keputusan Menteri Permukiman dan Prasarana Wilayah Nomor: 403/Kpts/M/2002 Tentang Pedoman Teknis Pembangunan Rumah Sederhana Sehat (Rs Sehat) yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi lapangan di Kampung Pertanian Selatan RT004/RW003 Kelurahan Klender Kecamatan Duren Sawit Jakarta Timur. Data jumlah rumah eksisting dari 48 unit rumah,, terdapat 41 unit rumah tidak sehat. Maka dari itu direncanakan ulang dengan memperhatikan ketentuan yang ada seperti Koefisien Dasar Bangunan (KDB), Koefisien Dasar Hijau (KDH), Ketinggian Bangunan (KB), rencana peruntukan lahan, serta detail ruangan. Hasil observasi di lapangan dapat direncanakan 3 jenis tipe rumah sehat dengan tipe rumah 21/36, 36/48, dan 45/60. Dari ketiga jenis rumah tersebut terdapat rumah sehat tipe 21/36 sebanyak 14 unit rumah, rumah sehat tipe 36/48 sebanyak 26 unit rumah, dan rumah sehat tipe 45/60 sebanyak 7 unit rumah. Detail ukuran ruangan untuk rumah sehat yaitu, ukuran luas kamar tidur utama sebesar 3 x 3 m, luas kamar tidur anak sebesar 2,5 x 3 m, kamar mandi 1,75 x 1,5 m serta ruang dapur dan ruang tamu dengan ukuran mengikuti luas lahan masing-masing tipe rumah. Hasil dari perencanaan ini dapat diterapkan pula di daerah-daerah lain. *This study is aimed to plan the Healthy House building in accordance with the provisions based to the Decree of the Minister of Settlement and Regional Infrastructure Number 403/ Kpts/M/2002 about the Technical Guidelines in Development of a Simple Healthy House that is adjusted to the field conditions in Kampung Pertanian Selatan RT 004/RW003, Klender Region, Duren Sawit, East Jakarta. The data on the number of existing houses shows that from the 48 housing units, there are 41 housing units that are categorized unhealthy. Therefore a re�design is need with the provisions from the Basic Building Coefficient (KDB), Coefficient of Green Elementary (KDH), Altitude Building (KB), the land use plan, as well as details of the room. Based on the Results of field observations, the three types of healthy homes can be planned with house type of 21/36, 36/48, and 45/60. From the three types of the house, it is found that there are 14 units of healthy house from the type of 21/36, a 26 units of healthy house from the type of 36/48, and 7 units from the type of 45/60. The detail size of the room for a healthy home that is required are: the size of the spacious master bedroom of 3 x 3 m, spacious child's bedroom at 2.5 x 3 m, bathroom with a size of 1.75 x 1.5 m as well as a kitchen and a living room with a size based on land area of each type of home. The Results of this design can be applied also in other areas.
