Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan selama tiga bulan terhitung bulan Maret 2015 sampai Mei 2015. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran di SMKN 16 Jakarta sebanyak 60 siswa, dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 51 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik acak proporsional. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik pencatatan dokumen, wawancara dan kuesioner. Untuk menjaring data Hasil Belajar (Y) didapatkan dengan cara merata-ratakan hasil ulangan harian mata pelajaran Administrasi Sarana dan Prasarana di semester 2, sedangkan data Lingkungan Fisik Sekolah (X1) dan Motivasi Belajar (X2) didapatkan dengan cara memberikan kuesioner kepada responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji persyaratan analisis yang terdiri atas uji normalitas dan uji linearitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis yang terdiri atas uji f dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara lingkungan fisik sekolah dengan hasil belajar. Dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis data yang menunjukkan nilai thitungsebesar 3,231 > ttabel 1,677. Motivasi belajar berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap hasil belajar, hal ini dilihat dari hasil analisis data yang menunjukkan nilai thitung 3,213 > ttabel 1,677. Lingkungan fisik sekolah dan motivasi belajar secara serentak berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar, hal ini dilihat dari hasil analisis data yang menunjukkan nilai Fhitung 17,334 > Ftabel 3,19. Persamaan regresi yang didapat adalah Ý = 4,555+0,418 X1+0,451 X2. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai R2 sebesar 0,419 yang berarti lingkungan fisik sekolah (X1) dan motivasi belajar (X2) berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar (Y) sebesar 41,9%. The purpose of this research was to determine the influence between school physical environment and learning motivation towards learning outcomes on students at SMKN 16 Jakarta. This research was carried out for three months since March 2015 until May 2015. The method of this research is survey method. The population in this research was all the 11thstudents of Office Administration at SMKN 16 Jakarta with total 60 students. Sampling techniques used was proportional random sampling, so the sample in this research is amounted 51 students. Data collecting technique, was used logging documents, interviews and questionnaires. To get the data results of the study, done by averaged the test result of Facilities and Basic Facilities Administration subject in 2nd semester, while school physical environment and learning motivation obtained by giving questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis technique used were the test requirement analysis consists of a normality test and lineariti test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test which consists of t-test and f-test. Based on the results of data analysis can be known that there are partially influences between the school physical environment with learning outcomes. It can be seen from the results of data analysis which showed tcount 3,231 > ttable 1,677. Learning motivation partially influences to learning outcomes, it is seen from the results of the data analysis that shows tcount 3,213 > ttable 1,677. School physical environment and learning motivation simultaneously influence to learning outcomes, it is seen by data analysis that shows fcount 17,334 > ftable 3,19. The obtained regretion equation is Ý = 4,555+0,418 X1+0,451 X2. Based on determination of the coefficient test R2 is 0,419 that is means school physical enivonment and learning motivation influences to learning outcomes amount 41,9%.
