Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara lingkungan kerja dengan produktivitas kerja pada karyawan PT. Pema Meta Presindo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Pema Meta Presindo, yang berjumlah 128 karyawan. Populasi terjangkau penelitian adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada bagian produksi yang berjumalah 42 karyawan. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 36 karyawan yang diambil berdasarkan Tabel Isaac & Michael dengan taraf kesalahan 5%. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik acak sederhana (simple random sampling). Persamaan regresi sederhana yang diperoleh adalah Ŷ = 21,571 + 0,840X. Uji persyaratan analisis untuk menguji normalitas galat taksiran regresi Y atas X menunjukan bahwa galat taksiran regresi Y atas X berditribusi normal. Dalam uji hipotesis, uji keberartian regresi dan uji kelinieran regresi menyatakan regresi berarti dan linier. Koefisien korelasi yang dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Product Moment dari Pearson menghasilkan rxy sebesar 0,613, sedangkan hasil dari uji signifikansi diperoleh thitung sebesar 4,53 dan ttabel sebesar 1,70. Dikarenakan thitung> ttabel maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara lingkungan kerja dengan produktivitas kerja pada karyawan PT Pema Meta Presindo. Perhitungan koefisien determinasi menunjukan 37,61% variasi variabel Y ditentukan oleh variabel X. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between work environment with work productivity of the employees at PT. Pema Meta Presindo. The method used was a survey method with the correlation approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Pema Meta Presindo, which amounts to 128 employees. Affordable study population is employees working on production amounting to 42 employees. The study sample as many as 36 employees were taken by Table Isaac & Michael with an error level of 5%. The sampling technique using simple random technique (simple random sampling). Simple regression equation obtained was Ŷ = 21,571 + 0,840X. Test requirements analysis to test the normality of the estimated regression error Y over X indicates that the estimated regression error Y over X is normally distributed. In a hypothesis test, test and test the significance of linearity expressed means and linear regression. The correlation coefficients is calculated using the formula of Pearson Product Moment generating rxy for 0,613, while the results of the obtained tcount for significance 4,53 and ttable 1.70. Due tcount > ttable it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the work environment with work productivity of employee of PT. Pema Meta Presindo. The calculation of the coefficient of determination shows 37,61% variation of the variable Y is determined by the variable X.
