Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan hutan mangrove di Desa Tanjung Pasir, Tangerang Banten. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepala keluarga sedangkan untuk metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Random Sampling yaitu sebanyak 96 KK. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik perhitungan persentase yang diwujudkan dalam bentuk tabel dengan analisis deskriptif Hasil penelitian dilihat dari perencanaan, sebagian besar responden (63,4%) warga masyarakat telah ikut serta dalam kegiatan perencanaan yaitu menghadiri dalam program perencanaan pengelolaan hutan mangrove dan memberikan sumbangan berupa pikiran demi kelancaran program pengelolaan hutan mangrove. Dilihat dari partisipasi pelaksanaan, partisipasi responden dalam bentuk tenaga yaitu ikut menaman pohon mangrove. Sedangkan partisipasi responden dalam bentuk barang yaitu memberikan sumbangan berupa tiang penyangga mangrove, dan partisipasi responden dalam mengajak orang lain dan bentuk ajakan yang dilakukan diantaranya mengajak tetangga terdekat untuk menjaga dan melestarikan hutan mangrove sebanyak (71,5%). Hal ini terlihat karena masyarakat yang ada di Desa Tanjung Pasir telah berperan aktif dari segi waktu, tenaga, dan biaya dalam program pengelolaan hutan mangrove. Dalam hal evaluasi terhadap hasil kegiatan pengelolaan hutan mangrove, yaitu dalam pemanfaatan mangrove yang ada di lingkungan dan manfaat yang dirasakan dengan adanya program pengelolaan hutan mangrove sebanyak (85,3%) karena semua warga merasakan dampak baik dari adanya program pengelolaan hutan mangrove di Desa Tanjung Pasir, Tangerang Banten. This research aims to know the community participation in the management of mangrove forests in the village of Tanjung Pasir, Tangerang Banten. The research method used is descriptive method. The population in this study i.e., the head of the family as for the sampling method is done with Random Sampling technique that is as much as 96 KK. Data analysis techniques used in this research is the technique of calculation of the percentage that is manifested in the form of a table with a descriptive analysis Based from the results of research planning, most respondents (63,4%) residents had participated in planning activities that is attending in the mangrove forest management planning program and make a contribution in the form of thoughts for smooth mangrove forest management programs. Based from participation in the implementation of, the participation of the respondent in the form of manpower i.e. to plant mangrove trees took part. Whereas the participation of the respondent in the form of goods, i.e., make a donation in the form of mangrove poles, and the participation of the respondent in the invite others and form of solicitation conducted among which invites neighbors nearby to keep and preserve mangrove forests as much as (71,5%). This is apparent because the community in the village of Cape Sand had plays an active role in terms of time, effort, and cost in the mangrove forest management programs. In terms of evaluation of the results of the activities of the management of mangrove forests in the utilization of mangroves that are in the environment and the perceived benefits of the existence of mangrove forest management programs as much as (85,3%) because all citizens feel the impact from either the existence of mangrove forest management programs in the village of Tanjung Pasir, Tangerang Banten.
