Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan strategi pembelajaran tutor di PKBM Himmata dengan melihat proses pembelajaran tutor program Paket A.Peneliti merupakan mahasiswa Universitas Peneliti berharap penulisan skripsi ini dapat berguna untuk peneliti, Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Himmata, tutor Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Himmata, jurusan sosiologi dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan poses pembelajaran dan dianalisis dengan teori strategi pembelajaran dan teori sosiologi yaitu dengan teori interaksi sosial karena dalam proses pembelajaran guru memiliki strategi pembelajaran yang memunculkan pesan dalam bentuk materi kepada kelompok belajar yang disampaikan oleh tutor PKBM Himmata. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif dengan melalkukan pengamatan/observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dalam pengumpulan data. Proses pembelajaran tutor pada program Paket A sudah baik, karena kelima tutor sebagai subjek penelitian sudah dapat menjelaskan materi dengan interaksi yang efektif, dengan penyampaian materi yang dapat dimengerti oleh kelompok belajar program Paket A sebagai subjek penelitian dengan menggunakan model, media, metode, teknik dan taktik yang diterapkan oleh kelima tutor program Paket A PKBM Himmata. Secara keseluruhan para informan tutor menggunakan pendekatan dan metode yang sama yaitu dalam proses pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan berpusatada guru ( teacher-centred approaches) dengan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori dan strategi pembelajaran inkuiri karena menurut tutor usia kelompok belajar program Paket A PKBM Himmata rata-rata berumur 7-12 tahun yang belum dapat menganalisis suatu objek atau masalah dalam proses pembelajaran. This study aims to explain the learning strategy of tutor in PKBM Himmata by looking at the learning process of the program tutor package A. Researcher is a research university student hoping this thesis writing can be useful for researchers, Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) Himmata, tutor Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM ) Himmata, majoring in sociology and society. This research was conducted to describe the poses of learning and analyzed by the theory of learning strategy and sociology theory that is with social interaction theory because in the process of learning the teacher has a learning strategy that raises the message in the form of material to the study group delivered by PKMM Himmata tutor. This research uses qualitative research methodology by conducting observation, interview and documentation in data collection. The tutor's learning process in Packet A program has been good, because the five tutors as research subject have been able to explain the material with effective interaction, with the delivery of material that can be understood by the study group of Package A program as research subject by using model, media, method, technique and Tactics applied by the fifth tutor of the Himmata Package A program. Overall, the tutor's informants used the same approach and method in the learning process using teacher-centered approaches with the expository learning strategy and inquiry learning strategy because according to the age group tutor the program of Package A PKMM Himmata was 7- 12 years who have not been able to analyze an object or problem in the learning process.
