Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masalah yang muncul dalam pembelajaran bahasa Jepang siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Tridaya Jakarta. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian awal diketahui bahwa sekitar 50% siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam pembelajaran bahasa Jepang. Menurut Sutedi (2009:31) di dalam pembelajaran bahasa Jepang terdapat empat aspek keterampilan berbahasa diantaranya berbicara, mendengar, menulis dan membaca. Dari semua aspek keterampilan berbahasa Jepang tersebut, tata bahasa (bunpou) merupakan dasar dari pembelajaran bahasa Jepang, karena tanpa mempelajari bunpou seorang pembelajar tidak dapat memenuhi keempat aspek tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas media pembelajaran Apples to Apples dalam pembelajaran bunpou siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Tridaya Jakarta. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Pre-Eksperimental. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu one group pretest-posttest design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 16 orang siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Tridaya Jakarta tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa tes tulis dan non-tes (angket). Hasil data post-test yang diberikan setelah dilakukan treatment sebanyak empat kali dianalisis dengan dengan teknik kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 38,06 dan nilai rata-rata posttest 80,125, sehingga terdapat perbedaan nilai ratarata sebesar 42,065. Dari nilai yang telah dihitung diperoleh hasil thitung 14,46, sementara ttabel dengan taraf signifikasi 5% pada derajat kebebasan (db) = 30 sebesar 2,042. Sehingga thitung lebih besar ttabel (thitung ttabel ), yang berarti Hk diterima dan Ho ditolak. Kemudian setelah menghitung rata-rata normalized gain, diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,80 yang interpretasikan termasuk dalam kriteria sangat efektif. Berdasarkan hasil angket diketahui bahwa 100% menyatakan bahwa media Pembelajaran Apples to Apples cocok untuk pembelajaran bunpou, 81,25 % menyatakan bahwa media Apples to Apples berpengaruh terhadap pembelajaran bunpou. Berdasarkan kedua data tersebut dapat disimpulkan terdapat efektivitas pada penerapan media Apples to Apples dalam pembelajaran bunpou. This research was motivated by matter which occurs in Japanese learning of 2nd grade student of Administration Office in SMK Tridaya Jakarta. Based on the result of first research, approximately 50% of students are having trouble in learning Japanese language. According to Sutedi (2009:31) in learning Japanese there are four language skill aspects; speaking, listening, writing, and reading. From all of those Japanese language skill aspects, grammar (bunpou) is the basic thing in learning Japanese. Without learning grammar (bunpou), a learner could not be able to fulfil those four aspects. This research aimed to acknowledge the effectiveness of Apples to Apples’ learning media within grammar (bunpou) study in 2nd grade student of Administration Office of SMK Tridaya Jakarta. Research method which has been used is Pre-Experimental’s method. Moreover, one group pretest-posttest design has also been implicated in this research. The samples for this research were sixteen persons of 2nd grade student of Administration Office in SMK Tridaya Jakarta, School Year 2016/2017. The instrument which is used in this research were written and non-written test (survey). The post-test data result which has been given after four times treatment was analyzed by quantitative technic. The results showed that the average value of pretest is about 38.06 and posttest average value is 80.125, so there are differences in the average value about 42.065. from the value which has been calculated, the result tcount is 14.46, while ttable with a significance level of 5% from degree of freedom (db) = 30 by 2.042. So tcount greater than ttable (tcount> t table), which means Hk was accepted and Ho has rejected. Then, after calculating the average normalized gain, obtained a value of 0.80 which, if included in the criteria, it means very effective. Based on survey’s result, it has been known that 100% stated Apples to Apples’ learning media is suitable for grammar(bunpou) study, 81,25% stated that Apples to Apples’ media has influence to bunpou study. By these data, then it can be concluded that there is effectiveness in Apples to Apples implementation within bunpou study.
