Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk ideologi yang terdapat dalam pidato kenegaraan Presiden Joko Widodo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan membaca teks pidato kenegaraan Presiden Joko Widodo, menentukan teks pidato yang memiliki kemiripan berdasarkan ideologi yang terkandung di dalamnya, dan memilih kosakata atau bentuk gramatikal dari teks pidato tersebut. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tiga tahap, yaitu tahap deskripsi, tahap interpretasi, dan tahap eksplanasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui, bahwa pada kedua teks pidato kenegaraan Presiden Joko Widodo terkandung ideologi. Ideologi yang dominan muncul dari kedua teks pidato kenegaraan tersebut adalah ideologi ekonomi. Pada tahap analisis teks, dari 200 kalimat yang mengandung ideologi, terdapat 18 hegemoni (6,23%), 39 kekuasaan (13,45%), 71 politik (24,57%), 101 ekonomi (34,95%), dan 65 sosial budaya (22,5%) baik pada bentuk kosakata maupun bentuk gramatikal. Hasil analisis juga telah didukung dengan tahap dimensi praktik wacana dan praktik sosiokultural. This study aims to determine the ideological form that existed in the state speech of President Joko Widodo. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The technique of volumes Joko Widodo, the definition of speech texts that have similarities based on the ideology contained therein, and the choice of vocabulary or grammatical form of the text of the speech. Data analysis technique in this research is done by three stages, namely description stage, stage of interpretation, and explanation stage. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known in both the text of the state speech of President Joko Widodo contained ideology. The dominant ideology arises from these two speeches of statehood is the economic ideology. Hegemony (4%), 37 powers (18.5%), 43 politics (21.5%), 70 economies (35%), and 42 socio-cultural (44.5%), 21%) both in vocabulary form Grammatical form. The results of the analysis have also been supported by the phases of discourse practice and sociocultural practice.
