Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja penyuluh keluarga berencana dalam mencapai target akseptor di Wilayah Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur, tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja penyuluh keluarga berencana dalam mencapai target akseptor di Wilayah Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian “Kuantitatif Deskriptif”, dengan jumlah populasi 89 orang dari 10 Kecamatan dan sampel 27 orang dari 3 Kecamatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert, sebelum digunakan maka dilakukan uji validitas dengan rumus Product Moment dari Pearson, dan uji reliabilitas dengan rumus Alpha Cronboach. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai kinerja penyuluh keluarga berencana dalam mencapai target akseptor dapat diketahui bahwa kinerja keluarga berencana dalam mencapai target akseptor sangat mempengaruhi hal ini dikarenakan kinerja merupakan sebuah proses yang dilakukan oleh penyuluh keluarga berencana dalam mencapai suatu tujuan program kerja. This research aims to know performance of family planning extension officers in achieving the target of acceptors in the Region East of Jakarta, the purpose of this research is to find out how the performance Family Palanning extension oficers in Achieving the target acceptors in the City Area. This study used a survey method, which is the research “Quantitative Deskriptive”, with a total population of 89 people from 10 Districts and 27 samples of people from 3 Districts. This research uses likert scale before use then performe a test of Validity with the formula Product Moment of Pearson, andreliability with the formula Alpha Cronboach. Based on the results of the research on the performance of extension officers family planning acceptors cant reach the target in mind that family planning performance in achieving the target of acceptors greatly affect this is because performance is a process conducted by the family planning extension officers in achieving an objective work program.
