Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Jakarta Pusat pada bulan Maret sampai dengan bulan Mei 2017 dengan tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat peningkatan keterampilan berbicara Bahasa Arab siswa dengan metode bermain peran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Jakarta Pusat. Pengukuran hasil peningkatan keterampilan berbicara dilaksanakan di akhir kegiatan penelitian dengan memberikan tes dalam bentuk lisan dalam menjawab pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh guru. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan model siklus dari Stephen Kemmis &Robin Mc Taggart. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilakukan melalui empat tahap yaitu tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi, dan terdiri dari dua siklus pada setiap siklus terdiri dari tiga pertemuan Hasil yang diperoleh pada setiap siklus adalah : siklus pertama nilai rata-rata peningkatan keterampilan berbicara bahasa Arab pada siklus pertama adalah 7,00, pada siklus kedua nilai rata-rata peningkatan keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Jakarta meningkat menjadi 8,01. Implikasi hasil penelitian menggunakan metode bermain peran yang diterapkan dalam peningkatan keterampilan berbicara bahasa Arab pada ujian peningkatan keterampilan berbicara pada siklus pertama mencapai rata-rata nilai 7,00, nilai ini belum mencapai hasil yang diharapkan, karena para siswa-siswi belum beradaptasi dan belum terbiasa dengan metode ini. Dan pada siklus kedua peneliti melaksanakan proses pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara dengan langkah-langkah yang telah dilaksanakan pada siklus pertama yang membedakan adalah peneliti memberikan pertanyaan secara lisan, sehingga siswa tidak merasakan kebosanan, dan terpecahnya konsentrasi mereka. Dan pertanyaan-pertanyaan inilah yang menjadikan siswa mampu untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara bahasa Arab. Maka rata-rata hasil ujian siklus kedua mencapai 8,01 atau indicator pencapaian berhasil diraih, 28 siswa mencapai hasil ujian ±75 sehingga 82,36% dari jumlah siswa mencapai hasil yang diharapkan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan keterampilan berbicara bahasa Arab pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Jakarta. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa metode bermain peran berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan keterampilan berbicara Bahasa Arab siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Jakarta Pusat. Dengan demikian metode bermain peran ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu metode dalam pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara bahasa arab sehingga siswa menjadi senang dan lebih terampil dalam berbicara bahasa Arab. The study was conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Central Jakarta from March until May 2017 with the aim of this study to see the enhanement of Arabic speaking skills of styudens with role playing method. The research method used is Classroom Action Research are students of SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Central Jakarta. Measurements of the result of the enhancement of speech skills are carried out at the end of the research activity by giving the test in verbal form in answering questions by the teacher. Classroom Action Research was conducted using a cycle model from Stephen Kemmis & Robbin MC Taggart. Classroom Action Research is conducted throught four stages : planing, action, observation, and reflection, and consist of two cycles in each cycle consisting of three meetings. The result obtained in each cycle are : first cycle average value of the increase of Arabic speaking skills in the first cycle is 7.00, in the second cycle the average score of enhancement of speaking skills of grade VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Central Jakarta increased to 8.01 The implications of the research result using the rple playing method applied in improving the arabic speaking skills on the test of speaking skills enhancement in the first cycle reached the average value of 7.00, this value has not achieved the expected result, because the students have not adapted and are not accustomed with this method. And in the second cycle the researcher conducts the learning procces of speaking skill with the steps that have been done on the first distinguishingg cycle is the researcher give oral questions, so that students do not feel boredom, and split their concentration. And these questions are what makes students able to improve their arabic speaking sills. Then the average result of the second cycle test reaches 8,01 or the achievement indicator is achieved, 28 students reach the test result ±75 so that 82,36% of student reach the expected result. This result shows hat there is an increase of arabic speaking skills in grade VIII SMP of Muhammadiah 3 Central Jakarta. Based on the result of the research note that the role playing method has positive effect on improving the speaking skillsof arabic studentsof class VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Central Jakarta. Thus this role play method can be used as one of the methods in learning arabic speaking skills so that students become happy and more skilled in speaking arabic. hat there is an increase of arabic speaking skills in grade VIII SMP of Muhammadiah 3 Central Jakarta. Based on the result of the research note that the role playing method has positive effect on improving the speaking skillsof arabic studentsof class VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Central Jakarta. Thus this role play method can be used as one of the methods in learning arabic speaking skills so that students become happy and more skilled in speaking arabic.
