Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsi data dan informasi tentang pelaksanaan kelompok usaha mandiri terhadap perolehan pendapatan masyarakat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan teknik survai deskriptif untuk mengetahui dampak dari kelompok usaha pembuatan furniture rotan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 3 kelompok usaha mandiri pembuatan furniture rotan yang jumlah seluruh populasinya 29 responden. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu seluruh populasi atau sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan penyebaran angket. Angket yang digunakan adalah angket tertutup.Instrumen diuji cobakan terlebih dahulu kepada kelompok usaha mandiri lainnya dengan Uji validitas dan Uji reliabilitas. Uji validitas digunakan dengan rumus product moment untuk menguji 38 item pertanyaan dengan 7 responden dengan taraf signifikansi 0.361 adalah 0.754, diperoleh 5 item drop. Sehingga jumlah butir soal yang valid yaitu 33 item. Uji reliabilitas dilakukan dengan rumus alpha, didapat nilai alpha sebesar 0.977. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dampak kelompok usaha mandiri pembuatan furniture rotan menghasilkan dampak yang positif. Seperti pengrajin mendapat perolehan pendapatan yaitu 50,19157, pengrajin mendapat menambah keterampilan yaitu 89,65517, menambah percaya diri yaitu 88,50575, dan memanfaatkan waktu luang yaitu 56,89655. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kelompok usaha mandiri pembuatan furniture rotan dalam perolehan penghasilan, menambah keterampilan, menambah rasa percaya diri serta mampu memanfaatkan waktu luang dengan hal yang bermanfaat. Implikasi dari penelitian adalah kelompok usaha mandiri pembuatan furniture rotan memberikan dampak positif. Keterampilan membuat berbagai macam furniture rotan dapat memanfaatkan peluang usaha dalam rangka meningkatkan kemandirian untuk berwirausaha. Saran dari peneliti adalah kelompok usaha ini, hendaknya membangun kerjasama dengan para pemilik modal atau perusahaan dalam bidang kewirausahaan agar dapat mengembangkan usaha dalam pembuatan furniture rotan. *This research aims to describe data and information about the implementation of independent business group towards the society income. The research method using descriptive quantitative survey techniques to determine the impact of independent business group manufacture rattan furniture. Population of research was 3 independent business group whose total population was 29 respondents. The sample used is the whole population or sample saturated. Data collected by observation and questionnaire. The questionnaire used is a structured questionnaire. An instrument tried out beforehand to the other an independent business group by validity and reliability test. Validity test used with product moment formula to test 38 item questions with 7 level of respondents with significance 0.361 is 0.754, obtained 5 items a drop. So the amount of grains questions which valid was 33 items. Reliability test according to alpha formula, obtainable value of alpha worth is 0.977. The research results show that the impact of an independent business group manufacture rattan furniture produce the positive effect. Such as a potters get the revenue is 50,19157, a craftsman is 89,65517, its skills add confident that 88,50575, and using spare time 56,89655. The conclusion of this research is an independent business group manufacture rattan furniture within incomes, increase skills and confidence, and be able to utilize a free time with beneficial things. The implication of this research of an independent business group of making rattan furniture has a positive impact. Skills to make a variety of rattan furniture can take advantage of business opportunities in order to increase the independence of entrepreneurship. Suggestions of researcher are business groups should develop cooperation with the investors or companies within the field of entrepreneurship in order to develop the business in manufacturing rattan furniture.
