Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara gaya mengajar mahasiswa PPL dengan motivasi belajar siswa di jurusan akuntansi SMK Negeri 16 Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian survai dengan pendekatan korelasional melalui analisis kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel acak sederhana (Simple Random Sampling). Populasi terjangkau dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK Negeri 16 Jakarta kelas XI Program Keahlian Akuntansi tahun ajaran 2010-2011 yang berjumlah 75 siswa, terdiri dari 2 kelas dan sampel yang digunakan berdasarkan table isaac dan michael adalah 62 siswa, terdiri atas 31 siswa untuk masing-masing kelas. Persamaan regresi dalam penelitian ini adalah Ŷ = 139,60 + 0,47X. Dari persamaan tersebut, dilakukan uji persyaratan analisis dengan uji normalitas galat taksiran regresi Y atas X dengan uji liliefors didapat Lo < Lt (0,1083 < 0,1100). Hal itu berarti data berdistribusi normal. Pada uji kelinieran regresi didapat hasil Fh < Ft (1,04 < 1,84), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model regresi berbentuk linier. Sedangkan untuk uji keberartian didapat Fh > Ft (7,67 > 4,00) yang menandakan bahwa persamaan regresi signifikan. Hasil uji koefisien korelasi dengan menggunakan product moment dari Pearson diperoleh nilai rxy = 0,34. Hal ini berarti terdapat hubungan yang positif antara gaya mengajar mahasiswa PPL dengan motivasi belajar akuntansi pada siswa SMK Negeri 16 Jakarta. Dari perhitungan uji-t didapat thitung > ttabel, yaitu 2,77 < 1,671 yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X gaya mengajar mahasiswa PPL dengan variable Y motivasi belajar akuntansi siswa SMK Negeri 16 Jakarta. Dari hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi diperoleh sebesar 11% sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa variable Y motivasi belajar ditentukan oleh variable X gaya mengajar mahasiswa PPL. The purpose of this research is to get information whether or not the relationship between PPL student teaching style with student motivation to learn at SMK Negeri 16 Jakarta. The research method used was survey research method with the correlational approach through quantitative analysis. The sampling technique using a simple random sampling. The attainable population in this research are students of SMK Negeri 16 Jakarta class XI Accounting Majors 2010-2011 school year, amounting to 75 students, consisting of 2 classes and samples used by isaac table and Michael was 62 students, consisting of 31 students for each class. Regression equation in this study were Y = 139.60 + .47 X. From these equations, test requirements analysis conducted by the normality test error of estimated regression of Y on X obtained by test liliefors Lo <Lt (0.1083 <0.1100). That means the data are normally distributed. On the linearity of regression test results obtained Fh <Ft (1.04 <1.84), it can be concluded that the linear form of regression model. As for the test keberartian obtained Fh> ft (7.67> 4.00) indicating that a significant regression equation. The test results by using the correlation coefficient of Pearson product moment values obtained rxy = 0.34. This means there is a positive relationship between teaching style PPL student motivation to learn accounting in students of SMK Negeri 16 Jakarta. From t-test calculations obtained thitung> TTable, namely 2.77 <1.671 indicating a significant relationship between variables X PPL student teaching style with the motivation to learn the Y variable accounting students of SMK Negeri 16 Jakarta. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination obtained by 11% so it can be said that the motivation to study variable Y is determined by the variable X PPL student teaching style.
