Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di SMK Kawula Indonseia. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode survey dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMK Kawula Indonesia yang berjumlah 473 siswa. Populasi terjangkau pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran yang berjumlah 124 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional simple random sampling yang berjumlah 89 siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 24.0. Persamaan regresi berganda pada penelitian ini adalah Ŷ = 23,152 + 0,558X1 + 0,137X2. Berdasarkan uji F pada tabel ANOVA, didapat Fhitung 68,072 > Ftabel 3,10. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional dan motivasi berprestasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar. Berdasarkan uji T menghasilkan thitung X1 8,117 > ttabel 1,987 dan thitung X2 3,197> ttabel 1,987. Hal tersebut berarti bahwa kecerdasan emosional dan motivasi berprestasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,613. Hal ini berarti bahwa pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan motivasi berprestasi sebesar 61,3%, sedangkan sisanya 38,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas lain yang tidak diteliti. This study aims to find out the influence of Emotional Quotient and Achievement Motivation on the learning achievement of students in SMK Kawula Indonesia. The method used in conducting this research by using survey method with correlational approach. Population of this research is whole students of SMK Kawula Indonesia which amounted to 473 students. Affordable population of this research is whole students class XI office administration which totaled 124 students. Sampling technique use proportional simple random sampling which totaled 89 students Data analysis technique use SPSS 24.0 version. The regression equation obtained was Ŷ = 23.152 + 0.558X1 + 0.137X2. Based on the result of F test on the ANOVA tables is gained Fcalculated 68.072 > Ftable 3.10. The result shows simultanewsly the emotional intelligence and achievement motivation has a positif influence on learning achievement. Based on the result of T test tcalculated X1 8.17 > ttable 1.987 and tcalculated X2 3.197 > ttable 1.987, which shows partially emotional intelligence and achievement motivation has a significant influence on the learning achievement. The value of the determination coefficient amounted to 0.61. It can be interpreted as much as 61.3% learning achievement influenced by emotional intelligence and achievement motivation, and the rest 38.7% explained by other variables not examined.
