Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap counterproductive work behavior, iklim organisasi terhadap counterproductive work behavior, dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap iklim organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Madrasah Aliyah swasta di kabupaten ciamis dengan menggunakan metode survey dengan path analysis. 123 sampel didapatkan dari metode simple random sampling. Sementara proses pengumpulan data digunakan dengna menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional memiliki pengaruh langsung negatif yang sangat signifikan terhadap CWB, Iklim organisasi berpengaruh langsung negatif yang sangat signifikan terhadap CWB, Kecerdasan emosi berpengaruh positif langsung yang sangat signifikan terhadap iklim organisasi. This research aimes to analyze the effect of Emotional intelligence on counterproductive work behavior, organizational climate on counterproductive work behavior, and emotional intelligence on organizational climate. The study was conducted at Ciamis Islamic High School by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis and 123 samples selected by simple random sampling. Meanwhile the data collection process is done by using questionnaire. The result of hypothesis testing showed that emotional intelligence affected negatively and significantly the counterproductive work behavior, organizational climate affected negatively and significantly on the counterproductive work behavior, and emotional intelligence affected positively and significantly on the organizational climate.
