Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keeratan hubungan antara Supervisi dengan Kinerja Pada Guru SMK Negeri 1 Bekasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama tiga bulan, terhitung mulai dari bulan Juni sampai dengan bulan Agustus 2012. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi dari penelitian adalah seluruh guru SMK Negeri 1 Bekasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah teknik acak sederhana (Simple Random Sampling) dengan sampel sebanyak 62 guru. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data variabel X (Supervisi) dan variabel Y (Kinerja) dalam penelitian ini diukur dengan menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dimulai dengan mencari persamaan regresi sederhana dan diperoleh persamaan regresi Ŷ = 15,20 + 0,795 X, sedangkan uji persyaratan analisis yaitu uji normalitas galat taksiran regresi Y atas X dengan uji Liliefors diperoleh Lhitung < Ltabel atau 0,072 < 0,112, hal ini berarti sampel berasal dari populasi berdistribusi normal. Uji keberartian dan kelinieran regresi dengan menggunakan tabel Analisis Varians (ANAVA) diperoleh persamaan regresi Fhitung > Ftabel 16,59 > 4,00 yang menyatakan regresi berarti serta uji linieritas regresi diperoleh Fhitung < Ftabel 1,10 < 1,89 yang menunjukkan bahwa model regresi yang digunakan adalah linier. Uji hipotesis koefisien korelasi hubungan antara variabel X dan variabel Y dilakukan dengan rumus Product Moment dari Pearson yang menghasilkan rxy = 0,465; ini berarti hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut kuat. Uji signifikansi dengan thitung = 4,07 sedangkan ttabel = 1,67. Karena thitung > ttabel, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Supervisi dengan Kinerja Pada Guru SMK Negeri 1 Bekasi. Uji koefisien determinasi menghasilkan KD sebesar 21,66%, maka dapat diambil keputusan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antar Supervisi dengan Kinerja Pada Guru. ***This study aims to determine the relationship between Supervision with Performance at SMK Negeri 1 Bekasi. This research was conducted over three months, starting from June to August 2012. The research method used is survey method with the correlation approach. The population of the research was all the Teacher SMK Negeri 1 Bekasi. The sampling technique used is random sampling with a sample of 62 teacher. The instrument used to obtain data on X variable (Supervision) and Y variable (Performance) in this study were measured using a Likert Scale. The data analysis technique starts by looking for a simle regression equation and the regression equation is Ŷ = 15,20 + 0,795 X, whereas requirements analysis test which test the normality of regression estimates error Y over X with the Liliefors test is obtained Lhitung < Ltabel atau 0,072 < 0,112, this mean that sample from population is normal distribution. Significant and linier test which used Analysis of Variance (ANAVA) table was obtained Fhitung > Ftabel 16,59 > 4,00, this mean that the regression is significant and linier test was obtained Fhitung < Ftabel 1,10 < 1,89, this mean that the regression model is linier. Correlation coefficient hypothesis ters conducted using the formula rxy Product Moment by Pearson yield of rxy = 0,465; it means the relationship between two variables was strong. Significant test with tcount = 4,07 whereas ttable = 1,67. Because tcount > ttable, it means that there was significant relationship between Supervision with Performance on teacher in SMK Negeri 1 Bekasi. Determination coefficient test yield is 21,66%, so it is concluded that there are positive and significant relationship between supervision with performance. **
