Abstract

Tujuan dari penilitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana profil pada alumni atlet sepakbola Pusat Pelatihan Olahraga Pelajar (PPOP) DKI Jakarta pencapain apa yang sudah diperoleh, mengetahui faktor apa yang mempengarui dalam keberhasilan/kegagalan menjadi pemain sepakbola, sebagai pedoman dan evaluasi para pelatih PPOP DKI Jakarta. Pengambilan data penelitian melalui google form pada semester genap tahun 2021-2022. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh alumni atlet sepakbola Pusat Pelatihan Olahraga Pelajar (PPOP) DKI Jakarta lulusan tahun lulusan 2017-2019 yang berujumlah 22 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Dengan demikian total sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 22 orang. Instrumen pada penelitian ini adalah dengan memberikan kuisioner yang berisikan pertanyaan. Peneliti menggunakan skala likert. Berdasarkan haisl penelitian sebanyak 13 atlet atau sebesar 59,09% Sepakbola PPOP DKI Jakarta Lulusan Tahun 2017-2019 tetap berkarier di dunia sepakbola, bahkan salah satu Atlet Sepakbola PPOP DKI Jakarta Lulusan Tahun 2017-2019 mampu bermain di liga spanyol yaitu Real Sociedad, hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa bibit atlet sepakbola Indonesia mampu bersaing di Eropa dan juga dari PPOP DKI Jakarta mampu menembus liga 2 dan liga 3 dengan dini. Berdasarkan data penelitian keberhasilan terbesar dipengaruhi oleh faktor keluarga. Menurut data yang didapatkan bahwa dukungan keluarga memberikan peran keberhasilan sangat besar terhadap 15 atlet dari 22 atlet. Thus the total sample in this study was 22 people. The instrument in this study was to provide a questionnaire containing questions. Researchers used a Likert scale. Based on the research results, 13 athletes or 59.09% of DKI Jakarta PPOP Soccer in 2017-2019 continued to have a career in the world of football, even one of the DKI Jakarta PPOP Soccer Athletes in 2017-2019 was able to play in the Spanish league, Real Sociedad, this proves that the seeds of Indonesian soccer athletes are able to compete in Europe and also graduates from PPOP DKI Jakarta are able to penetrate league 2 and league 3 early. Based on research data, the greatest success is influenced by family factors. According to the data obtained, family support plays a very big role in the success of 15 athletes out of 22 athletes. This proves that the main success of DKI Jakarta PPOP footballers comes from the family environment
