Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan yang positif antara Efikasi Guru dengan Motivasi Belajar Siswa SMK Diponegoro 1 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama tiga bulan terhitung sejak bulan Maret hingga Mei 2009. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi dari penelitian adalah Siswa di SMK Diponegoro 1 Jakarta yang motivasi belajar pada mata kewirausahaan sangat kurang. Berdasarkan survey awal, populasi siswa SMK Diponegoro 1 yang berjumlah 68 guru. Dari jumlah populasi tersebut dijadikan sampel sebanyak 59 orang. Pengambilan sampel tersebut didasarkan pada tabel penentuan jumlah sample dari populasi tertentu dengan taraf kesalahan 5%. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik acak sederhana (Simple Random Sampling). Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh persamaan regresi linier sederhana Ŷ = 45.17 + 0.57X. Uji persyaratan analisis untuk menguji normalitas galat taksiran regresi Y atas X menunjukan bahwa galat taksiran regresi Y atas X berdistribusi normal. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh perhitungan yang menunjukan bahwa L hitung (0.0886) < L tabel (0.1154) dengan menggunakan uji liliefors pada taraf signifikan (α) = 0,05 Dalam uji hipotesis, uji keberartian dan kelinieran regresi menggunakan tabel Analisis Varians (ANAVA). Dari hasil uji keberartian regresi diperoleh F hitung (28.98) > F tabel (4.02) yang menyatakan regresi berarti. Dari hasil uji linearitas regresi diperoleh Fhitung (0.61) < Ftabel (1.85) yang menunjukan bahwa model regresi yang digunakan adalah linier. Koefisien korelasi yang dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Product Moment menghasilkan rxy sebesar 0,581 sedangkan hasil dari uji signifikansi diperoleh t hitung sebesar 5.389 dan t tabel sebesar 1,684. Dikarenakan t hitung > t tabel, maka disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Efikasi Guru dengan Motivasi Belajar siswa SMK Diponegoro 1 Jakarta. Perhitungan koefisien determinasi menunjukan 33.76 % variasi variabel Y ditentukan oleh variabel X. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah terdapat hubungan yang positif antara Efikasi Guru dengan Motivasi Belajar siswa SMK Diponegoro 1 Jakarta. Hal tersebut berarti semakin tinggi Efikasi guru maka semakin tinggi pula Motivasi Belajar siswa SMK Diponegoro 1 Jakarta. *The aim of this research is to find posibility a positive correlation between Teacher Self Efficacy with Student Learning Motivation at Senior High School Diponegoro 1 Jakarta. The period of the research was three months, since March until May 2009. This research used survey methods by correlation approach. The population of this research were at Senior High School Diponegoro 1 the students Jakarta who need motivated in their learning. Until school of Diponegoro 1 were 68. There were 59 population which were became sample. The sampling technique was the proportional random sampling. Equation of the simple linear regression give the formula of regression Ŷ = 45.17 + 0.57X. The analysis conditional test proved the validation on variable Y to variable X is normal distributed. It is proved by the calculation that used Liliefors test at significant level (α) = 0,05 that indicates L counted (0.0886) < L table (0.1154). At the hypotesis test the significant and linear regression test are using variance analysis table (ANAVA). The result of the significant regression test indicates F counted (28.98) > F table (4,02). It state the formula of regression is significant. The result of the linear regression test indicates F counted (0.61) < F table (1.85). It state the regression model is linear. The coefficient of correlation counted by product moment formula by pearson indicates rxy = 0,581. While the result of correlation coefficient significant test indicates t counted =5.389 and t table =1,684. Because the result shows t counted > t table, the research indicates there is a significant correlation between Teacher Self Efficacy with Students Learning Motivation at Senior High School Diponegoro 1 Jakarta. The counted of determination coefficient test indicates the variance of variable Y is determined by variable X. The conclusion of research shown that a positive correlation between Teacher Self Efficacy with Students Learning Motivation at Senior High School Of Diponegoro 1 Jakarta. It means if Teacher Self Efficacy level is increase, purchase Students Learning Motivation at Senior High School Of Diponegoro 1 Jakarta increase.
