Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keterampilan bermain dan kondisi fisik pemain bola voli Oskar Desa/Kec. Cikaum Barat Kabupaten Subang. Data penelitian diambil pada tanggal 11- 13 Mei 2022, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian adalah pemain bola voli Oskar sebanyak 20 pemain. Sampling penelitian ini adalah mengunakan teknik purposive sampling dan Sampel penelitian ini yakni sejumlah pemain bola voli Oskar yang berjumlah 15. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa, Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah sebagai berikut, tes keterampilan bola voli diri klub bola voli Oskar terdapat 5 atlet (33,33%), berada pada kategori sangat baik, atlet yang berada pada kategori baik pada tes keterampilan sebanyak 7 atlet (46,67%), atlet yang berada pada kategori cukup pada tes keterampilan sebanyak 1 atlet (6,67%). Dan yang berada pada hasil tes keterampilan kurang sebanyak 2 atlet ( 13,33). Hasil tes fisik bola voli diri klub bola voli Oskar terdapat 6 atlet (40%), berada pada kategori sangat baik, atlet yang berada pada kategori baik pada tes fisik sebanyak 5 atlet (33,33%), atlet yang berada pada kategori cukup pada tes fisik sebanyak 2 atlet (13,33%). yang berada pada hasil tes fisik kurang dan sangat kurang sebanyak 1 atlet ( 6,67 ) dan yang berada pada kategori sangat kurang ada 1. ********** This study aimed at this study was to know the basic skills of and the physical condition of the ballplayer voli Oskar . This study is a survey study using a descriptive quantitative research method with the study subject being 20 Oskar volleyball players. The sampling of this study was purposive sampling and the sample of this study was a number of Oskar volleyball players totaling 15. The results of the study showed that, the results of this study were as follows, the Oskar volleyball club self-volleyball skills test there were 5 athletes (33.33%), were in the very good category, athletes who were in the good category on the skill test as many as 7 athletes (46.67%), athletes who were in the sufficient category on the skill test as many as 1 athlete (6.67%). And those on the skill test results were less than 2 athletes ( 13.33). The physical test results of the Oskar volleyball club self-volleyball club there were 6 athletes (40%), were in the very good category, athletes who were in the good category on the physical test as many as 5 athletes (33.33%), athletes who were in the sufficient category on the physical test as many as 2 athletes (13.33%). who were in the physical test results were less and very less as many as 1 athlete (6.67) and those in the category were very lacking there were 2 athletes (13.33%).
