Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kebangkrutan keuangan perusahaan su-sektor poperti dan real estat yang terdaftar di BEI. Metode yang digunakan untuk analisis kebangkrutan adalah model Zmijewski, Springate, dan Grover. Sumber penelitian yang digunakan adalah dari internet website resmi BEI pada perusahaan subsektor properti dan real estat tahun 2017-2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Analisis Kebangkrutan model Grover pada PWON,.CTRA,..PT.Jaya..Real.Property.Tbk..dan..PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk tergolong sehat selama periode 2017-2020. Hasil penelitian menggunakan model Zmijewski menunjukkan PWON,.CTRA, JRPT dan BSDEtergolong tidak sehat atau bangkrut selama periode 2017-2020. Sementara hasil penelitian model Springate menunjukkan CTRA dan JRPT tergolong tidak sehat atau bangkrut selama periode 2017-2020. Hasil penelitian model Springate PWON tahun 2018 dan 2019 tergolong bangkrut. Sedangkan model Springate PWON tahun 2020 dan 2017 tergolong sehat. Sementara hasil penelitian model Springate menunjukkan BSDE.tahun 2019.dan 2017 tergolong dalam kondisi sehat. Sedangkan hasil penelitian model Spingate munujukkan BSDE tahun 2020.dan 2018 tergolong.perusahaan tidak sehat atau bangkrut. ******** This study aims to overcome the financial bankruptcy of property and real estate subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The methods used to analyze financial bankriptcy are the Zmijewski, Springate, and Grover Models. The research souce used in from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for property and real estate subsector comapnies from 2017 to 2020. The.results.showed.that.the Grover Bankruptcy.Analysis at PWON,.CRTA, JRPT and BSDE was classified as healthy during the.2017-2020.period..The results.of.the study using.the Zmijewski model show that PWON,.CTRA,.JRPT and BSDE are classified as unhealthy or bankrupt during the 2017-2020 period. Meanwhile, the results of the Springate model research show that CTRA.and.JRPT are classified as.unhealthy or bankrupt during the 2017-2020 period. The results of the Springate model research of PWON in 2018 and 2019 are classified as bankrupt. Meanwhile, PWON Springate models in 2020 and 2017 are considered healthy. Meanwhile, the.results.of.the.Springate model.research.show.that.BSDE in 2019 and 2017 is in a healthy condition. Meanwhile,.the results.of.the Spingate model research.show.that.BSDE in 2020 and 2018 was classified as an unhealthy or bankrupt company.
