Abstract

Universitas Negeri Jakarta memiliki beberapa layanan dari masing-masing lembaga yang dilaksanakan terpisah, unit dan biro. Masing-masing layanan memiliki aplikasi sistem informasi sendiri terdapat beberapa kekurangan, dalam menginformasikan pelayanan pengguna dapat mengakses masing-masing layanan yang berbeda-beda dan datang ke lokasi pelayanan apabila dibutuhkan. Proses layanannya tidak efesiensi karena pelayanannya terpisah-pisah dari beberapa lembaga, unit, dan biro tidak melakukan sosialisasi yang baik pada lingkungan Universitas Negeri Jakarta dalam menginformasikan layanannya. Pada penelitian memberikan solusi dari permasalahan dengan membuat rancangan dari aplikasi Unit Layanan Terpadu Universitas Negeri Jakarta pada pengujian aplikasi. Pengujian melalui pendekatan usability testing aplikasi pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode think aloud. Kemudian dalam mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dan studi literatur yang dimana dapat membuat rancangan pengujian menggunakan task scenario yang terdiri dari rancangan aplikasi UI dalam pengujian aplikasi. Selanjutnya pengujian dengan responden menggunakan task scenario untuk mengukur dari segi efektifitas, efesiensi dan kepuasan pengguna yang selanjutnya dapat mengukur dari segi kognitif dan perilaku pengguna melalui pendekatan Concurrent Think Aloud. Hasil dari pengujian usability testing yang dapat dilihat dari masing-masing task scenario untuk melihat respon yang dihasilkan oleh pengguna. ***** Jakarta State University has several services from each institution which are carried out separately, units and bureaus. Each service has its own information system application, there are several shortcomings, in informing the service users can access each of the different services and come to the service location when needed. The service process is inefficient because the service is separated from several institutions, units, and bureaus that do not carry out good socialization within the Jakarta State University in informing their services. The research provides solutions to problems by making a design of the Jakarta State University Integrated Service Unit application in application testing. Testing through the usability testing approach of the application in this study uses the think aloud method. Then in collecting data through interviews and literature studies which can make test designs using task scenarios consisting of UI application designs in application testing. Furthermore, testing with respondents using a task scenario to measure in terms of effectiveness, efficiency and user satisfaction which can then be measured in terms of user cognitive and behavior through the Concurrent Think Aloud approach. The results of usability testing can be seen from each task scenario to see the response generated by the user.
