Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui alasan didirikannya kegiatan Gerakan Berkah di RW 05 Kompleks Inkopad Kelurahan Sasak Panjang Kabupaten Bogor sebagai aksi moral kemanusiaan dalam menyikapi dampak Pandemi yang menyebabkan perekonomian masyarakat terganggu dan Gerakan Berkah masih dilakukan sampai sekarang meskipun Pandemi mulai mereda 2) untuk mengetahui bagaimana mekanisme pelaksanaan kegiatan Gerakan Berkah yang diterapkan dalam menyikapi dampak Pandemi. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh dampak yang ditimbulkan dari Pandemi sehingga menyebabkan terganggunya berbagai aspek kehidupan yang dalam hal ini adalah aspek perekonomian masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif (deskriptif kualitatif). Penelitian ini berlokasi di RW 05 Kompleks Inkopad Kelurahan Sasak Panjang Kabupaten Bogor. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan Ketua Kampung Ramah Lingkungan RW 05, Pengurus Gerakan Berkah dari anggota PKK RW 05, dan warga, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data lain diperoleh melalui kajian literatur yang memuat konsep Pendidikan Karakter dan konsep Tindakan moral peduli sosial bagi masyarakat. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Gerakan Berkah di RW 05 Kompleks Inkopad diciptakan untuk menyikapi dampak Pandemi 2) Gerakan Berkah dilakukan oleh sebuah panitia yang dibentuk oleh RW 05 yang beranggotakan empat orng yang bertugas menerima donasi sukarela dari warga RW 05 yang dilakukan awalnya setiap hari kemudian berubah menjadi hanya di hari Senin dan Jumat dan pada akhirnya hanya dilakukan setiap Jumat. Setelah donasi terkumpul maka hasilnya akan didistribusikan kepada warga yang membutuhkan setiap sepekan sekali di hari Jumat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Gerakan Berkah di RW 05 Kompleks Inkopad diciptakan oleh pengurus RW 05 Kompleks Inkopad dalam rangka menyikapi dampak Pandemi dengan berbagai mekanisme pelaksanaannya di masyarakat. ***** This study aims to: 1) know the reason for the establishment of the Blessing Movement activity in RW 05 The Inkopad Complex, Sasak Panjang sub-district, Bogor district as a humanitarian moral action in responding to the impact of the Pandemic which causes the community's economy to be disrupted and the Blessing Movement is still being carried out until now even though the Pandemic has begun to subside 2) knowing how the mechanism for implementing the Blessing Movement activities is applied in responding to the impact of the Pandemic. This research is backgrounded by the impact caused by the Pandemic, causing disruption of various aspects of life, which in this case is an aspect of the community's economy. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach (descriptive qualitative). This research was located in RW 05 Inkopad Complex, Sasak Panjang Village, Bogor Regency. The research data was obtained through interviews with the Head of the Environmentally Friendly Village RW 05, the Management of the Blessing Movement from members of the PKK RW 05, and residents, observations, and documentation. Other data sources were obtained through a literature review that contained the concept of Character Education and the concept of moral action for social care for society. The results of the research findings show that 1) The Blessing Movement in RW 05 Inkopad Complex was created in order to respond to the impact of the Pandemic 2) The Blessing Movement was carried out by a committee formed by RW 05 consisting of four people who were tasked with receiving voluntary donations from residents of RW 05 which was initially carried out every day then changed to only on Mondays and Fridays and in the end only carried out every Friday. After the donations are collected, the proceeds will be distributed to residents in need once a week on Friday. The conclusion of this study is that the Blessing Movement in RW 05 Inkopad Complex was created by the management of RW 05 Inkopad Complex in order to respond to the impact of the Pandemic with various implementation mechanisms in the community.
