Abstract

Lembaga Perguruan Tinggi memiliki data akademik yang cukup banyak. Tetapi data yang ada belum diolah dengan baik untuk dapat menampilkan informasi secara efektif dan menyeluruh. Diperlukan data menyeluruh dari kondisi yang ada saat ini untuk dapat dilakukan evaluasi yang apabila diperlukan bagi pimpinan untuk pengambilan keputusan. Perlu adanya sistem informasi untuk menampilkan data secara abstrak dan menyeluruh serta mudah dipahami. Cara efektif menyajikan data yang detail menjadi informasi yang mudah diterima adalah dengan visualisasi data. Data yang ada ditampilkan secara visual dalam bentuk grafik sehingga dapat dimengerti secara universal. Dengan menggunakan metode Design Thinking yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu, empathize, define, ideate, prototype dan testing terhadap pimpinan Universitas Negeri Jakarta sebagai objek penelitian. Perancangan Dashboard Visualisasi Data SIAKAD UNJ dibuat sampai pada tahap evaluasi dengan menggunakan metode uji fungsional Black-Box dan Usability Testing untuk mengukur tingkat efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa, dari segi efektivitas sebagian task berada pada nilai yang baik yaitu diatas rata-rata, Sedangkan dalam uji efisiensi, memiliki rata-rata penyelesaian task selama 198 detik (3 menit 18 detik). Dalam uji kepuasan, sebagian besar aspek yang dinilai dapat dikatakan masuk ke dalam kategori ‘10 % hasil terbaik’. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, Dashboard Visualisasi Data SIAKAD UNJ dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut untuk dapat digunakan pimpinan dalam mendapatkan data akademik mahasiswa secara cepat dan untuk pengambilan keputusan. Kata kunci : Dashboard, Visualisasi Data, SIAKAD UNJ, Design Thinking, Usability Higher Education Institutions have quite a lot of academic data. But the existing data has not been processed properly to be able to display information effectively and comprehensively. Comprehensive data is needed from the current conditions so that an evaluation can be carried out if necessary for the leadership for decision making. There needs to be an information system to display data in an abstract and comprehensive manner and easy to understand. An effective way to present detailed data into information that is easily accepted is by data visualization. Existing data is displayed visually in the form of graphs so that it can be understood universally. By using the Design Thinking method which consists of 5 stages, namely, empathize, define, ideate, prototype and test the leadership of the State University of Jakarta as the object of research. The design of the SIAKAD UNJ data visualization dashboard was made to the evaluation stage using the Black-Box functional test method and Usability Testing to measure the level of effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction. The results show that, in terms of effectiveness, some of the tasks are at a good value, which is above the average, while in the efficiency test, the average task completion is 198 seconds (3 minutes 18 seconds). In the satisfaction test, most of the assessed aspects can be said to fall into the '10% of the best results' category. Based on these results, the SIAKAD UNJ data visualization dashboard can be further developed to be used by leaders in obtaining student academic data quickly and for decision making.
