Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan fast bowling cricket berbasis media pada mahasiswa Klub Olahraga Prestasi cricket Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian Action Research (Tindakan) model Kemmis dan Taggart. Peneliti melakukan validasi model kepada dua orang ahli cabang olahraga cricket dan dosen ahli media. Terdapat 6 media yang digunakan untuk treatment pantulan bola fast bowling, sehingga layak untuk diuji coba. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa Klub Olahtaga Prestasi (KOP) cricket Universitas Negeri Jakarta dengan jumlah 26 mahasiswa. Data diambil dengan cara memberikan treatment fast bowling menggunakan media sebagai target pantulan bola. Treatment penelitian ini menggunakan sistem siklus yang dilakukan selama dua siklus dengan ditempatkannya media target di area pantulan bola (good length). Dari kedua siklus yang dilakukan adalah Pra-Siklus, Siklus I, Siklus II. Dari treatment yang diberikan tersebut dilanjutkan dengan melakukan instrument penilaian menggunakan karpet berwarna dengan berbagai macam point. Hasil standar yang baik pada bowler fast bowling yaitu 75%. Hasil instrument penilaian pada Pra-Siklus (Pre-Test) kurang dari standar yang di mana diharuskan melakukan treatment yang sama kembali. Pada hasil Siklus I mengalami peningkatan pada pantulan bola. Hasil Siklus II mengalami peningkatan yang lebih dari siklus I, hasil instrument penilaian rata-rata mahasiswa melebihi nilai standar yang ditentukan peneliti. ***** This study aims to determine the improvement of media-based fast bowling cricket skills in students of The Jakarta State University cricket achievement Sports Club. This study was conducted with the research method of Action Research (Action) model Kammis and Taggart. The researcher validated the model to two cricket experts and media expert lecturers. There are 6 media used for the treatment of fast bowling ball reflections, so it is worth testing. This research was conducted on the students of club Olahtaga Prestasi (KOP) cricket Universitas Negeri Jakarta with the number of 26 students. Data was taken by giving fast bowling treatment using media as the target of ball reflection. Treatment this study uses a cycle system that is carried out for two cycles by placing the target media in the area of the ball reflection (good length). Of the two cycles performed are pre-cycle, cycle I, Cycle II. From the given treatment is followed by conducting instrument assessment using colored carpet with various points. A good standard result in a fast bowling bowler is 75%. The results of the assessment instrument in the pre-cycle (Pre-Test) are less than the standard which is required to do the same treatment again. In the first cycle results in an increase in the bounce of the ball. The results of the second cycle has increased more than the first cycle, the results of the instrument assessment of the average student exceeds the standard value determined by the researcher.
