Abstract

Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan tugas semua orang yang bekerja, baik Mahasiswa pada saat praktek. Mahasiswa dapat melaksanakan pekerjaan dengan aman dan produktif, Untuk itu setiap tempat praktek hendaknya perlu menerapkan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terutama di Lab Universitas, khususnya dalam pembelajaran praktek Mahasiswa berhadapan dengan bahan, peralatan, dan perlengkapan kerja yang memiliki potensi bahaya. Dalam hal ini peneliti ingin melakukan sebuah Analisis aspek keselamatan kesehatan kerja menggunakan metode Form Cheklist yang peneliti buat untuk Laboratorium Tata Boga Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Dari hasil penilitian peneliti melakukan observasi dan wawancara menggunakan Form Cheklist, item dari Form Cheklist yang peneliti buat Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja pada laboratorium Tata Boga Universitas Negeri Jakarta yang belum memenuhi prosedur K3 dan belum memenuhi PP tentang Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja dan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja pada laboratorium. pada Item Peralatan pemadam kebakaran, untuk pengguna laboratorium belum semua mengetahui cara menggunakan APAR, di laboratorium Tata Boga Universitas Negeri Jakarta belum melakukan pelatihan simulasi keadaan darurat, Dan di laboratorium Tata Boga tidak ada akses pintu keluar darurat dikarenakan area laboratorium yang terbatas, sebab pintu keluar darurat itu sangat penting bagi pengguna gedung untuk menyelamatkan diri dari terjadinya kecelakaan yang tidak diduga. Kata Kunci : Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja, Form Chekclist, Analisis Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is the duty of everyone who works, both students during practice. Students can carry out work safely and productively. For this reason, every place of practice should apply occupational safety and health, especially in University Labs, especially in practical learning. Students are dealing with materials, equipment, and work equipment that have potential hazards. In this case the researcher wants to make a proposal to improve the occupational health safety aspect using the Form Checklist method that the researcher made for the Catering Laboratory, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta. From the results of the research, the researchers conducted observations and interviews using the Checklist Form, items from the Checklist Form that the researcher made Occupational Health Safety at the Jakarta State University Catering Laboratory that did not meet K3 procedures and did not meet the PP on Occupational Health Safety and Occupational Health Safety Management Systems in the laboratory. . on the item fire fighting equipment, not all laboratory users know how to use the fire extinguisher, the Jakarta State University Catering Laboratory has not conducted emergency simulation training, and in the catering laboratory there is no access to the emergency exit door due to the limited laboratory area, because the exit door It is very important for building users to save themselves from unexpected accidents.
