Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) Hubungan antara daya tahan otot perut dengan kemamapuan teknik siku dan lutut, 2) Hubungan kelincahan dengan kemampuan teknik siku dan lutut, 3) Hubungan antara daya tahan otot perut dan kelincahan dengan kemampuan teknik siku dan lutut. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan juni 2022 yang bertempat di Muay thai Kota Bekasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kuantitatif asosiatif, dengan studi korelasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah atlet muay thai di kota bekasi yang berjumlah 15 orang atlet dan sampelnya berjumlah 15 orang atlet. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah: 1). Tes daya tahan otot perut (Plank). 2). Tes kelincahan (Burpee test). 3). Tes siku dan lutut (tes daya tahan siku dan lutut). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Hubungan antara daya tahan otot perut dengan kemampuan teknik siku dan lutut didapatkan nilai koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,28 berdasarkan kriteria 0,0 – 0,29 dengan korelasi sangat lemah. 2) Hubungan antara kelincahan dengan kemampuan teknik siku dan lutut didapatkat nilai koefisien korelasi (r) 0,098 berdasarkan kriteria 0,0 – 0,29 dengan korelasi sangat lemah. 3) Hubungan antara daya tahan otot perut dan kelincahan dengan kemampuan teknik siku dan lutut didapatkan nilai koefisien korelasi ganda (r) 0,39 berdasarkan kriteria 0,3 – 0,49 dengan korelasi lemah. ***** This study aims to determine: 1) The relationship between abdominal muscle endurance with elbow and knee technical ability, 2) The relationship between agility and elbow and knee technical ability, 3) The relationship between abdominal muscle endurance and agility with elbow and knee technical ability. This research was conducted in June 2022 at Muay thai, Bekasi City. The research method used in this research is quantitative associative, with correlation studies. The population of this study was muay thai athletes in the city of Bekasi, which amounted to 15 athletes and the sample consisted of 15 athletes. The instruments used for this research are: 1). Abdominal muscle endurance test (plank). 2). Agility test (Burpee test). 3). Elbow and kne test (elbow and knee endurance test). The results showed that there were 1) The relationship between abdominal muscle endurance with elbow and knee technical ability obtained a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.28 based on the criteria of 0.0 - 0.29 with a very weak correlation. 2) The relationship between agility and elbow and knee technical ability was found to have a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.098 based on the criteria of 0.0 – 0.29 with a very weak correlation. 3) The relationship between abdominal muscle endurance and agility with elbow and knee technical ability obtained a double correlation coefficient (r) of 0.39 based on the criteria of 0.3 - 0.49 with a weak correlation.
