Abstract

Latar belakang penyusunan penelitian ini adalah dikarenakan informasi mengenai data alumni dan informasi alumni secara umum di PTIK masih belum dibuat. Menurut Susanti dan Samani (2017: 49) alumni menjadi sasaran mutu pendidikan dan media evaluasi pembelajaran sebagai tolak ukur dari kualitas suatu lembaga pendidikan. Dari pernyataan tersebut, mengumpulkan informasi alumni dan menerbitkannya secara berkala sangat dibutuhkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan web service yang digunakan untuk pengembangan website alumni Program Studi PTIK Universitas Negeri Jakarta yang memiliki sifat adaptif terhadap perubahan informasi di dalamnya. Dalam pengembangan web service dari website alumni PTIK UNJ ini menggunakan metode model spiral dengan melakukan studi literatur dan wawancara untuk analisis kebutuhan fungsional, yang selanjutnya dibuat rancangan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), database, endpoints, serta risk analysis. Proses implementasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan framework Laravel, serta MySQL sebagai database. Pengujian pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode unit testing menggunakan aplikasi Postman. Evaluasi dilakukan pada tahap akhir, tahap evaluasi dilakukan oleh pihak pengembang. Penelitian ini menghasilkan web service berupa endpoints berjumlah 72 endpoints. 72 endpoints telah diuji seluruhnya terbukti berfungsi sesuai kriteria dan layak digunakan. ***** The background of the composing of this research is because information about alumni data and alumni information in general at PTIK has not been made. According to Susanti and Samani (2017: 49) alumni become the target of education quality and learning evaluation media as a benchmark of the quality of an educational institution. From this statement, collectiong alumni information and publishing it regularly is needed. The purpose of this research is to produce a web service that is used to develop the alumni website of the PTIK Study Program at the State University of Jakarta which has adaptive charateristics to changes the information in it. In the development of web service from the PTIK UNJ alumni website is using the spiral method by doing literature studies and interviews for functional requirements analysis, which then made Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) designs, databases, endpoints, and risk analysis. The implementation process uses the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework, as well as MySQL as a database. Testing in this research uses the unit testing method using the Postman application. Evaluation is made during the final stage, the evaluation stage is done by the developer. This research produces web service in the form of endpoints in the amount of 72 endpoints. 72 endpoints have been tested entirely proven to function according to the criteria and feasible to use.
