Abstract

Skripsi ini mengkaji tentang perkembangan koperasi setelah kemerdekaan Indonesia yang dilatarbelakangi oleh perjuangan melawan penjajah di awal kemerdekaan yang bukan hanya berjuang dengan perlawanan senjata atau diplomasi tetapi juga dalam perlawanan di bidang ekonomi khususnya sejarah koperasi di masa setelah kemerdekaan yang masih belum tertulis dengan sempurna. Tujuan dari Skripsi ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan perkembangan koperasi pada awal kemerdekaan Indonesia sampai dengan masa akhir demokrasi Liberal (1947-1958). Skripsi ini diharapkan dapat memperkaya tema kajian Sejarah Sosial dan Ekonomi, mengenai sejarah koperasi di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam Skripsi ini adalah metode sejarah, yang terdiri atas pengumpulan sumber (heuristik), kritik sumber (verifikasi), interpretasi (penafsiran), dan penulisan (historiografi) Hasil dari kajian penelitian ini ialah terbentuknya undang-undang yang mengatur tentang gerakan perkoperasian dan pertama kali dirancang oleh para tokoh bangsa dan tokoh gerakan koperasi terkemuka mulai dari tokoh partai politik, gerakan koperasi dan dari pemerintah sendiri, yang kemudian Rancangan Undang-Undang tersebut disahkan menjadi Undang-Undang Koperasi No. 79. Tahun 1958. ***** This thesis examines the development of cooperatives after Indonesia's independence which was motivated by the struggle against the colonialists at the beginning of independence which not only struggled with weapons or diplomacy but also in resistance in the economic field, especially the history of cooperatives in the post-independence period which is still not written perfectly. The purpose of this thesis is to describe the development of cooperatives at the beginning of Indonesian independence until the end of Liberal democracy (1947-1958). This thesis is expected to enrich the theme of the study of Social and Economic History, regarding the history of cooperatives in Indonesia. The research method used in this thesis is the historical method, which consists of source collection (heuristics), source criticism (verification), interpretation (interpretation), and writing (historiography). The result of this research study is the formation of a law that regulates the cooperative movement and was first drafted by national leaders and prominent cooperative movement figures ranging from political party figures, cooperative movements and from the government itself, which was then passed into law. Cooperative Law No. 79. 1958.
