Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam menjaga kesehatan lingkungan di permukiman nelayan Kelurahan Cilincing. Penelitian dilakukan di permukiman nelayan Kelurahan Cilincing, Jakarta Utara selama empat bulan dari April sampai dengan Juli 2022. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan survei, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Populasi berjumlah 955 KK, dengan sampel berjumlah 91 KK. Analisis data menggunakan persentase dan skala likert untuk menentukkan tingkat partisipasi masyarakat. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa dari 91 responden (10 pernyataan), jumlah frekuensi jawaban responden pada tahap perencanaan yang menjawab ‘Tidak Pernah’ sebanyak 672, yang menjawab ‘Kadang-Kadang’ sebanyak 195, dan yang menjawab ‘Selalu’ sebanyak 43. Setelah dianalisis tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam tahap perencanaan menjaga kesehatan lingkungan mendapat nilai sebesar 43,62% (sedang). Jumlah frekuensi jawaban dari 91 responden (16 pernyataan) pada tahap pelaksanaan yang menjawab ‘Tidak Pernah’ sebanyak 879, ‘Kadang-Kadang’ sebanyak 392, dan yang menjawab ‘Selalu’ sebanyak 176. Setelah dianalisis tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam tahap pelaksanaan mendapat nilai sebesar 50,16% (sedang). Dari 91 responden (13 pernyataan) menunjukkan bahwa jumlah frekuensi jawaban responden pada tahap evaluasi/monitoring yang menjawab ‘Tidak Pernah’ sebanyak 810, ‘Kadang-Kadang’ sebanyak 280, dan ‘Selalu’ sebanyak 93. Setelah dianalisis maka dapat diketahui bahwa tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam tahap evaluasi/monitoring mendapat nilai sebesar 46,46% (sedang). Tingkat partisipasi masyarakat secara keseluruhan dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi/monitoring mendapat nilai sebesar 47,25% (sedang) dengan jumlah frekuensi jawaban dari 91 responden (39 pernyataan) yang menjawab ‘Tidak Pernah’ sebanyak 2361, ‘Kadang-Kadang’ sebanyak 867, dan ‘Selalu’ sebanyak 312. ***** The purpose of this study was to determine the level of community participation in maintaining environmental health in fishermen's settlements, Cilincing Village. The study was conducted in the fishermen's settlement, Cilincing Village, North Jakarta for four months from April to July 2022. The research method used was a descriptive method with a survey approach, sampling using random sampling technique. The population is 955 families, with a sample of 91 families. Data analysis used percentage and Likert scale to determine the level of community participation. The results of data analysis showed that from 91 respondents (10 statements), the number of respondents who answered 'Never' were 672, who answered 'Sometimes' were 195, and 43 who answered 'Always' were. the level of community participation in the planning stage of maintaining environmental health got a score of 43.62% (medium). The total frequency of answers from 91 respondents (16 statements) at the implementation stage who answered 'Never' was 879, 'Sometimes' was 392, and those who answered 'Always' were 176. After analyzing the level of community participation in the implementation phase, it got a score of 50.16% (medium). Of the 91 respondents (13 statements) indicated that the number of respondents' answers at the evaluation/monitoring stage who answered 'Never' was 810, 'Sometimes' was 280, and 'Always' was 93. After analyzing it, it can be seen that the level of participation community in the evaluation/monitoring stage got a score of 46.46% (medium). The overall level of community participation from the planning, implementation, and evaluation/monitoring stages got a score of 47.25% (medium) with a total frequency of answers from 91 respondents (39 statements) who answered 'Never' as many as 2361, 'Sometimes' as many as 867, and 'Always' as many as 312.
