Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapsiagaan masyarakat dalam menghadapi banjir di Kelurahan Rambutan, Kecamatan Ciracas, Jakarta Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik skoring pembobotan. Indeks parameter BNPB digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk menghitung kesiapsiagaan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh penduduk di RW 02, 03, dan 05 Kelurahan Rambutan, Kecamatan Ciracas, Jakarta Timur yang berjumlah 19.658 Jiwa. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah warga yang terdampak banjir dengan usia produktif yaitu usia 15-65 tahun pada wilayah RW 02, 03, dan 05 di Kelurahan Rambutan, Jakarta Timur dengan jumlah 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu proporsional random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa kesiapsiagaan masyarakat dalam menghadapi bencana banjir di Kelurahan Rambutan memiliki nilai indeks kesiapsiagaan sebesar 71 dengan kategori sedang. ***** This study aims to determine community preparedness in dealing with flooding in Rambutan Village, Ciracas District, East Jakarta. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method using a weighting scoring technique. The BNPB parameter index is used in this study to calculate preparedness. The population in this study was the entire population in RW 02, 03, and 05 Rambutan Village, Ciracas District, East Jakarta, amounting to 19,658 people. The sample in this study were residents affected by flooding with productive age, namely the age of 15-65 years in the RW 02, 03, and 05 areas in Rambutan Village, East Jakarta with a total of 100 respondents. The sampling technique is proportional random sampling. Based on the results of the research that the community's preparedness in dealing with flood disasters in Rambutan Village has a preparedness index value of 71 with a medium category.
