Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kelekatan keluarga dan resiliensi ODHA (Orang dengan HIV/AIDS) di Yayasan IAC (Indonesia Aids Coalitation). Pengumpulan data penelitian ini dimulai dari bulan November 2021 sampai dengan bulan Juni 2022 dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini melibatkan 40 responden dengan kriteria tertentu diantaranya jenis kelamin dan usia 25-45. Instrumen untuk mengukur resiliensi ODHA (Orang dengan HIV/AIDS) adalah instrumen yang dikonstruk peneliti berdasarkan dimensi belief system, family organizational pattern, communication process yang terdiri atas 32 pernyataan. Instrumen untuk kelekatan keluarga terdiri dari beberapa dimensi diantaranya safe, fearfull, dependent, distant, parentified berdasarkan lima dimensi terdiri atas 20 pernyataan. Data yang telah dikumpulkan diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode survey. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hubungan antara kelekatan keluarga dan berpengaruh positif terhadap resiliensi ODHA (Orang dengan HIV/AIDS). Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa semakin tinggi kelekatan keluarga maka semakin tinggo pula Resiliensi ODHA (Orang dengan HIV/AIDS). Koefisien determinasi yang didapat sebesar 60,8% yang berarti kelekatan keluarga mempengaruhi Resiliensi ODHA (Orang dengan HIV/AIDS) dan sehat sebesar 39,2 lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini. Dengan demikian, kelekatan keluarga dapat menjadi salah satu cara untuk mempengaruhi resiliensi ODHA (Orang dengan HIV/AIDS). This study aims to analyze the relationship between family attachments and resilience of PLWHA (People with HIV/AIDS) at the IAC Foundation (Indonesia Aids Coalitation). This research data collection starts from November 2021 to June 2022 using purposive sampling technique. This study involved 40 respondents with certain criteria including gender and age 25-45. The instrument to measure the resilience of PLWHA is an instrument that is constructed based on the dimensions of the belief system, the pattern of family organization, and the communication process which consists of 32 statements. The instrument for family attachment consists of several dimensions including safe, fearful, dependent, distance, parentified based on five dimensions consisting of 20 statements. The data that has been collected is processed and analyzed using the survey method. The results showed that the relationship between family attachments and positive effect on the resilience of PLWHA (People with HIV/AIDS). These results indicate that the higher the family attachment, the higher the resilience of PLWHA (people with HIV/AIDS). The coefficient of determination obtained is 60.8% which means that family attachment affects the resilience of PLWHA and 39.2 other health is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Thus, family attachment can be one way to influence the resilience of PLWHA (People with HIV/AIDS).
