Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi komponen context, input, processdan product pada program pembinaan Tim Pelatda Rugby putra DKI Jakarta tahun 2021. Penelitian evaluasi dengan model CIPP menggunakan metode kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah komponen pembinaan Prestasi, Atlet, dan Pelatih. Hasil menunjukan bahwa evaluasi konteks pada pada Program Pelatda Rugby DKI Jakarta termasuk kedalam kategori sangat baik (100%). Pada komponen input dinyatakan sudah sangat baik 100% terlihat dari, Kondisi atlet sudah terpenuhi semua yaitu, Memenuhi kriteria usia 18+, Sehat jasmani dan rohani memenuhi kualifikasi postur tubuh (antropometrik), Memenuhi kriteria untuk keterampilan cabor Rugby, Memenuhi standar kapasitas fisik, Memenuhi kriteria psikologi, Memenuhi kriteria kesehatan. Memiki perlengkapan Asrama/tempat TC, Perlengkapan latihan, Perlengkapan tanding. Pada komponen Proses, pengambilan keputusan sudah sangat baik (100%) proses pengawasan juga sangat baik (100%) akan tetapi proses monintoring termasuk kedalam kategori kurang (50%). Pada komponen Produk Hasil beregu putra program pembinaan Tim Pelatda Rugby Putra Dki Jakata pada PON XX Papua 2021 meraih medali perak tapi tidak sesuai dengan target dan harapan yang sudah dibuat untuk program pembinaan Tim Pelatda Rugby Putra DKI Jakata pada PON XX Papua 2021 Berdasarkan hal-hal tersebut diatas Hasil beregu putra program pembinaan Tim Pelatda Rugby Putra Dki Jakata pada PON XX Papua 2021 termasuk kedalam kategori sangat kurang (0%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian komponen evaluasi diatas, program pembinaan Tim Pelatda Rugby Putra Dki Jakata pada PON XX Papua 2021 secara keseluruhan diperoleh nilai sebesar 70,83%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa program pembinaan Tim Pelatda Rugby Putra Dki Jakata pada PON XX Papua 2021 dinilai baik. Kata Kunci : Evaluasi Program, PON, Rugby ********** This study aims to evaluate the components of context, input, process and product in the coaching program for the Men's Rugby Training Team of DKI Jakarta in 2021. Evaluation research using the CIPP model uses a qualitative method. The subject of this research is the component of Achievement, Athlete, and Coach coaching. The results show that the context evaluation of the DKI Jakarta Rugby Pelatda Program is included in the very good category (100%). The input component is stated to be very good 100% seen from, The athlete's condition has been fulfilled, namely, Meets the criteria for age 18+, Physically and mentally healthy, meets the qualifications for posture (anthropometric), Meets the criteria for Rugby sports skills, Meets physical capacity standards, Meets psychological criteria, Meets health criteria. Have Dormitory / TC equipment, Training equipment, Match equipment. In the Process component, the decision-making process is very good (100%) the supervision process is also very good (100%) but the monitoring process is included in the poor category (50%). In the Product component of the results of the men's team, the coaching program for the Jakarta Men's Rugby Training Team at PON XX Papua 2021, won a silver medal but it was not in accordance with the targets and expectations that had been made for the coaching program for the DKI Jakata Men's Rugby Pelatda Team at PON XX Papua 2021. The results of the men's team coaching program for the Dki Jakata Men's Rugby Training Team at the XX Papua PON 2021 are included in the very poor category (0%). Based on the results of the evaluation component research above, the coaching program for the Putra Dki Jakata Rugby Training Team at the XX Papua PON 2021 as a whole obtained a score of 70.83%. So it can be concluded that the coaching program for the Dki Jakata Men's Rugby Training Team at the XX Papua PON 2021 is considered good. Keywords: Program Evaluation, PON, Rugby
