Abstract

Gangguan mental tidak hanya dapat menyebabkan kematian pada individu yang menderitanya, tetapi menyebabkan hidup menjadi tidak produktif, serta menjadi beban bagi lingkungan sekitarnya dan keluarga terdekatnya. Jenis gangguan kesehatan mental seperti depresi dan kecemasan merupakan penyebab 80-90 persen kasus bunuh diri. Kebanyakan orang yang merasa memiliki masalah dengan mentalnya enggan atau ragu untuk melakukan konsultasi dengan profesional atau meyangkal bahwa dirinya memiliki gangguan pada mentalnya. Padahal apabila gangguan ini dapat diidentifikasi secara dini, dapat dilakukan penanggulangan dengan melakukan pengobatan yang dianjurkan oleh psikolog. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan dan membangun sistem pakar yang dapat melakukan skrining gangguan kesehatan mental menggunakan metode Naive Bayes-Certainty Factor. Masukan yang diberikan kepada sistem berupa gejala disertai dengan intensitasnya. Metode naive bayes digunakan untuk mencari probabilitas tertinggi dari hasil skrining. Hasil skrining ini kemudian diprose menngunakan metode certainty factor untuk mengetahui tigkat keyakinan dari hasil skrining tersebut. Pengembangan website ini menggunakan software development lifecycle dengan model waterfall yang tahapannya terdiri dari requirement analysis, program design, coding, testing, dan operation. Berdasakan pengujian blackbox didapatkan nilai sebesar 100%. Pada pengujian usability menggunakan PSSUQ didapatkan nilai keseluruhan sebesar 1,689. Pada pengujian akurasi sistem menggunakan confusion matrix didapatkan nilai accuracy 0,91, recall 0,91, precision 0,91, dan f1-score sebesar 0,91. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang sudah dibuat dapat berfungsi dan kinerja dari metode yang digunakan pada sistem pakar skrining gangguan kesehatan mental sudah baik. Mental disorders can not only cause death to individuals who suffer from them, but cause life to be unproductive, as well as a burden to the surrounding environment and close family. Most people who feel they have mental problems are reluctant or hesitant to consult a professional or deny that they are have a mental disorder. In fact, if this disorder can be identified early, it can be overcome by taking treatment recommended by a psychologist. The purpose of this study is to develop and build an expert system that can screen mental health disorders using the Naive Bayes-Certainty Factor method. The input given to the system is in the form of symptoms accompanied by their intensity. Naive Bayes method is used to find the highest probability of screening results. The results of this screening are then processed using the certainty factor method to determine the confidence level of the screening results. The development of this website uses a software development lifecycle with a waterfall model whose stages consist of requirements analysis, program design, coding, testing, and operation. Based on blackbox testing, a value of 100% is obtained. In usability testing using PSSUQ, the overall value was 1.689. In testing the accuracy of the system using the confusion matrix, the accuracy value is 0.91, recall is 0.91, precision is 0.91, and f1-score is 0.91. This shows that the system that has been created can function and the performance of the methods used in the expert system for screening mental health disorders is good.
