Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Profil Mind Control dan mental toughness pada atlet sepak bola dalam KOP sepak bola dan futsal Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumalah 60 orang atlet sepak bola dalam KOP sepak bola dan futsal Universitas Negeri Jakarta dengan menggunakan kuisioner / google form. Hasil Penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa mind control memberikan mean sebesar 4.537% dengan rata-rata 87.5027% termasuk kategori cukup kuat, sedangkan mental toughness memberikan profil mean sebesar 7.219% dengan rata-rata 34.4943% termasuk kategori sangat kuat. *** This research aims to determine the profile of mind control and mental toughness in soccer athletes in the KOP soccer and futsal, State University of Jakarta. The method used in this study is quantitative. The sample in this research was 60 soccer athletes in the KOP soccer and futsal, State University of Jakarta using a questionnaire / google form. The results of this study found that mind control gave a mean of 4.537% with an average of 87.5027% including the category of strong enough, while mental toughness gave a mean profile of 7.219% with an average of 34,4943% including the very strong category.
