Abstract
Kata kunci: Perilaku Kerja Inovatif, Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja, Leader Member Exchange, Keterlibatan Kerja ******** The purpose of this study was to examine, analyze, develop and find the effect of work-life balance, leader member exchange (LMX) and job involvement on innovative work behavior in the construction industry, using a survey method. This study used a quantitative approach, data collected using questionnaire and analysis using Structural Equation Model (SEM) by AMOS ver. 24.00 to test the validity, model fit and test the research hypothesis. Descriptive analysis of data was analysed using Scatter Component Analysis (SCA). Total sample was 205 of construction employees of PT Nindya Karya (Persero) who were selected in simple random sampling. The research method was the explanative method. The findings of this study indicated that innovative work behavior in the construction industry was influenced by work-life balance, LMX and work involvement factors. LMX had the greatest total influence on innovative work behavior. It was also found that job involvement partially mediates the effect of work-life balance and LMX on innovative work behavior. For the next research on innovative work behavior in the construction sector, it was recommended to develop LMX study specially in relation to interpersonal relationship factors such as trust, respect, openness and honesty variables. Keywords: Innovative Work Behavior, Work Life Balance, Leader Member Exchange, Work Involvement
