Abstract

SAFIRA SALSABILA SYAFRIL. 2022. Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Inflasi, dan Pandemi Covid-19 Sebagai Variabel Control terhadap Pengangguran di Indonesia 2018-2021. Pengangguran merupakan masalah yang harus diperhatikan untuk memberikan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Dengan adanya kondisi pandemic-covid-19 membuat pengangguran semakin meningkat melebihi angka 4%. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah pengangguran di Indonesia pada kondisi pandemic Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakaan data sekunder dan regresi linear berganda analisis data panel dengan metode kuantitatif yang menggunakan software Eviews-9. Pengujian dilakukan dengan uji Common Effect Model, Fixed Effect Model, dan Random Effect Model yang menggunakan uji Chow, uji Hausman, dan uji Langrange Multiplier serta uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokedastisitas, dan uji hipotesis koefisien R2, uji statistic F, dan uji statistit t. Data yang peneliti dapat dari Data BPS dan Bank Indonesia serta media lainnya yang terbaru dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dan populasi penelitian adalah Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Inflasi, Covid-19 sebagai Variabel dummy Terhadap Pengangguran Indonesia 2018-2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Pertumbuhan Ekonomi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengangguran tahun 2018-2021, Variabel Inflasi berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap pengangguran di tahun 2018-2021, dan variabel pandemic covid-19 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengangguran tahun 2018-2021 Kata Kunci: Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Covid-19, Inflasi, Pengangguran, Analisis linear berganda. Unemployment is a problem that must be considered to provide public welfare. With the pandemic-covid-19 condition, unemployment has increased more than 4%. The independent variable in this study is unemployment in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses secondary data and multiple linear regression analysis of panel data with quantitative methods using Eviews-9 software. Tests were carried out using the Common Effect Model, Fixed Effect Model, and Random Effect Model using the Chow test, Hausman test, and Langrange Multiplier test as well as the classical assumption test, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and R2 coefficient hypothesis test, statistical test. F, and test statist t. The data that the researcher got from BPS and Bank Indonesia data as well as other latest media with a descriptive approach, and the research population were Economic Growth, Inflation, Covid-19 as Dummy Variables Against Indonesian Unemployment 2018-2021. The results showed that the Economic Growth Variable had a positive and significant effect on unemployment in 2018-2021, the Inflation Variable had a negative and significant effect on unemployment in 2018-2021, and the Covid-19 pandemic variable had a positive and significant effect on unemployment in 2018-2021.
