Abstract

Peningkatan kasus covid-19 di Indonesia menyebabkan berbagai aspek kehidupan berubah. Pemerintah berupaya untuk menurunkan angka penyebaran covid-19 oleh karena itu dibuat program Kampung Tangguh Jaya Cakra. Kampung Tangguh Jaya Cakra meliputi 3 aspek yaitu aspek kesehatan, keamanan dan sosial-ekonomi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui evaluasi Kampung Tangguh Jaya Cakra dengan melihat 3 aspek. Penelitian ini menggunakan model evaluasi Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) yaitu evaluasi untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan suatu program. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menghitung sampel rumus slovin dengan margin eror 10% dimana jumlah sampel 200 orang dengan menggunakan metode penelitian evaluasi deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik persentase dengan kategorisasi data yang ditentukan. Pada 3 aspek Program Kampung Tangguh Jaya Cakra yang terlaksana secara baik yaitu aspek kesehatan. Aspek kesehatan dapat menurunkan penyebaran angka covid-19 dengan pelaksanaanya yang baik. Pelaksanaan aspek kesehatan meliputi sosialisasi kepada masyarakat tentang covid-19, pelaksanaan 3T, dan vaksinasi. Aspek keamanan dilaksanakan dengan kegiatan penjagaan dan dilakukan dengan baik oleh para pengurus. Namun kegiatan pada aspek sosial-ekonomi tidak berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Berdasakan hasil penelitian program Kampung Tangguh Jaya Cakra berhasil untuk menurunkan angka penyebaran covid-19. Namun juga dapat disimpulakan bahwa terdapat kendala dalam pelaksanaanya. Program Kampung Tangguh Jaya Cakra berdasarkan penelitian dapat dilaksanakan untuk keberlanjutan khususnya pada lumbung pangan yang harus terus diberlanjutkan. *****   The increase in Covid-19 cases in Indonesia has caused various aspects of life to change. The government is trying to reduce the spread of COVID-19, that's why the Tangguh Jaya Cakra Village program was created. Tangguh Jaya Cakra Village covers 3 aspects, namely health, security and socio-economic aspects. The purpose of this study was to determine the evaluation of Tangguh Jaya Cakra Village by looking at 3 aspects. This study uses a Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) evaluation model, which is an evaluation to determine the level of success of a program. The sampling technique in this study is to calculate the sample Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10% where the sample size is 200 people using descriptive evaluation research methods. Data obtained through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used statistical analysis of percentages with the specified data categorization. In 3 aspects of the Tangguh Jaya Cakra Village Program that were carried out well, namely the health aspect. The health aspect can reduce the spread of the Covid-19 number with good implementation. The implementation of the health aspect includes socialization to the public about COVID-19, the implementation of 3T, and vaccination. The security aspect is carried out with guard activities and carried out well by the management. However, activities in the socio-economic aspect did not run as they should. Based on the results of research, the Tangguh Jaya Cakra Village program succeeded in reducing the spread of COVID-19. However, it can also be concluded that there are obstacles in its implementation. The Tangguh Jaya Cakra Village program based on research can be carried out for sustainability, especially in food barns which must be continued.
