Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini meningkatkan kompetensi dalam membuat media pembelajaran multimedia interaktif pada tutor di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat Permatis. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10 dari 16 tutor yang ada di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat Permatis dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampling jenuh. Penelitian menggunakan metode ekperimen dengan desain one group pre-posttest dan tergolong penelitian kuantitatif. Kemudian dilakukan analisis dengan menggunakan uji analisis statistik Mann Whitney U berdasarkan hasil pengumpulan data dengan tes (pretest dan posttest).Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh data nilai rata-rata hasil belajar pada pre-test dan post-test adalah, ranah kognitif : pre-test (14 poin) dan post-test (23 poin), ranah afektif : pre-test (-) dan post-test (24 poin), ranah psikomotorik : pre-test (-) dan post-test (31 poin). Rata-rata pada hasil tes belajar mulai dari pre-test adalah sebesar 14 (poin), sedangkan pada post-test adalah sebesar 78 (poin), mengalami peningkatan nilai hasil belajar rata-rata peserta yakni sebesar 64 (poin). Hipotesis penelitian diuji menggunakan analisis statistik Mann Whitney U karena sampel relatif kecil dengan perolehan nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000<0,05), yang berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah program pelatihan keterampilan menggunakan software articulate storyline 3 dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan membuat media pembelajaran multimedia interaktif pada tutor kesetaraan di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat Permatis, Desa Sukamaju Cibungbulang Kabupaten Bogor. ***** The purpose of this study is to increase competence in making interactive multimedia learning media for tutors at Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat Permatis. Respondents in this study amounted to 10 of the 16 tutors in Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat Permatis using a sampling technique, namely saturated sampling. This type of research is quantitative using an experimental method with a one-group pre-posttest design type. Then an analysis was carried out using the Mann Whitney U statistical analysis test based on the results of data collection with test (pre-test and post-test).From the results of the study, it was obtained that the average value of learning outcomes in the pre-test and post-test was, in the cognitive domain: pre-test (14 points) and post-test (23 points), affective domain: pre-test (-) and post-test (24 points), psychomotor domain: pre-test (-) and post-test (31 points). The average result of the learning test starting from the pre-test was 14 (points), while the post-test was 78 (points), an increase in the average student learning outcome score of 64 (points). The research hypothesis was tested using Mann Whitney U statistical analysis because the sample was relatively small with an Asimp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0,000. The calculation results show that the value of Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) is less than 0,05 (0,000<0,05), which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion of this research is that the skills training program using the software articulate storyline 3 can improve knowledge and skills in making interactive multimedia learning media for equivalence tutors at Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat Permatis, Sukamaju Village, Cibungbulang, Bogor Regency.
