Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah pengembangan instrumen kinerja tutor dan menguji validitas alat ukur kinerja tutor. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) dengan bantuan MPlus. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 553 mahasiswa Universitas Terbuka yang berada di wilayah UPBJJ-UT Jakarta, UPBJJ-UT Bogor, dan UPBJJ-UT Bandar Lampung. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara umum item-item dalam instrumen kinerja tutor sudah mengukur konstruk yang didefinisikan. Dari semua hasil analisis dari konstruk variabel laten ke konstruk dimensinya telah memenuhi target yang telah ditetapkan yakni tvalue ≥ 1,96. Semua butir memiliki tvalue di atas 1,96. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis data yang menyatakan bahwa Chi-square= 3514,349; df=1164; pvalue= 0,0000; RMSEA= 0,060; CFI=0,842. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa model ini sudah fit dengan data.Kata Kunci: Kinerja Tutor, Universitas Terbuka, CFA.******** The purpose of the study is to develop a performance instrument for tutors and test the validity of the tutor's performance assessment instrument. The analytical method used in the study is Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) with the help of MPlus. The sample of the study consisted of 553 students in Indonesia Open University, residing in the areas around UPBJJ-UT Jakarta, UPBJJ-UT Bogor, and UPBJJ-UT Bandar Lampung. The result of the analysis in the study indicated that in general the items in the tutor's performance instrument have managed to measure the defined constructs. In reference to all the analysis results from the latent variable construct to the dimension construct, the instrument items have met the proposed target, namely tvalue ≥ 1,96. All items have tvalue above 1,96. It was evidenced by the result of data analysis which showed that Chi-square = 3514,349; df=1164; pvalue= 0,0000; RMSEA= 0,060; CFI=0,842.
