Abstract

MUTIARA RAMADHAN. Pengaruh Penerapan Kepemilikan Manajerial, Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Kualitas Laba Pada Sektor Keuangan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2020 -2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kepemilikan Manajerial, Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Kualitas Laba perusahaan sektor keuangan yang terdaftar di BEI. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah sumber data kepustakaan dengan cara pengumpulan data menggunakan studi dokumenter. Populasi terjangkau pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2020 – 2021 dengan jumlah 74 perusahaan. Data diperoleh dengan mengumpulkan data laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan sektor keuangan pada website BEI. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 62 perusahaan dengan menggunakan non probability sampling dan rumus Slovin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan manajerial, dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas laba. Sedangkan profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas laba. Adapun koefisien determinasi menggambarkan kemampuan kepemilikan manajerial, profitabilitas, dan ukuran perusahaan yang mempengaruhi kualitas laba sebesar 75,2% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang belum diteliti. This study aims to determine Managerial Ownership, Profitability, Company Size on the Earnings Quality of financial sector companies listed on the IDX. The data collection technique used is library data sources by collecting data using documentary studies. The population in this study are financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020 - 2021 with a total of 74 companies. Data was obtained by collecting data on the annual financial reports of financial sector companies on the IDX website. The samples used were 626 companies using non-probability sampling and the Slovin formula. The results of the study show that managerial ownership and firm size have no significant effect on earnings quality. While profitability has a negative and significant effect on earnings quality. The coefficient of determination describes the ability of managerial ownership, profitability, and company size which affect earnings quality by 75.2% while the rest is influenced by other factors that have not been studied.
