Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui daya tahan yang dimiliki para atlet taekwondo pada seleknas menuju SEA Games 2023. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di GOR UNJ pada tanggal 22 Desember 2022 dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian penelitian ini diambil berdasarkan total sampling dimana jumlah sampel sama dengan populasi. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 66 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil beep test atlet putra pada seleknas SEA Games 2023 adalah sebagai berikut : rata rata sebesar 49,97. Sehingga hasil beep test pada atlet putra menunjukan bahwa Atlet putra dalam Seleksi Nasional Tim Kyorugi Senior pada SEA Games Kamboja 2023 masuk dalam kategori Baik. Hasil pada beep test pada atlet Putri diperoleh rata rata sebesar 40,62. Sehingga hasil beep test pada atlet Putri menunjukan bahwa Atlet Putri dalam Seleksi Nasional Tim Kyorugi Senior pada SEA Games Kamboja 2023 masuk dalam kategori Baik. ***** This study aims to determine the endurance of taekwondo athletes in the national selection towards the 2023 SEA Games. This research was carried out at the UNJ Sports Hall on December 22, 2022 using a quantitative descriptive method. The sample in this study was taken based on total sampling where the number of samples is the same as the population. The number of samples in this study were 66 people. The results of this study indicate that the results of the beep test for male athletes at the 2023 SEA Games national selection are as follows: an average of 49.97. So the results of the beep test on male athletes show that the male athletes in the National Selection of the Kyorugi Senior Team at the 2023 Cambodia SEA Games are in the Good category. The results of the beep test on female athletes obtained an average of 40.62. So the results of the beep test on female athletes show that the female athletes in the National Selection of the Kyorugi Senior Team at the 2023 Cambodia SEA Games are in the Good category.
