Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesiapsiagaan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat terdampak dalam menghadapi bencana banjir di Kelurahan Kampung Melayu, Kecamatan Jatinegara, Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret 2022. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik skoring pembobotan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh warga terdampak yang bertempat tinggal pada daerah rawan banjir di Kelurahan Kampung Melayu. Kemudian untuk sampel pada penelitian ini adalah warga yang terdampak dengan usia produktif yaitu usia 15 – 65 tahun dengan jumlah 97 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan proporsional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder, yaitu untuk data primer dengan penyebaran angket yang diberikan kepada responden, kemudian untuk data sekunder yaitu data masyarakat yang terdampak banjir dari Kelurahan Kampung Melayu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa kesiapsiagaan masyarakat dalam menghadapi bencana banjir di Kelurahan Kampung Melayu, Kecamatan Jatinegara, Jakarta Timur yaitu memiliki nilai indeks sebesar 75 dengan kategori siap. Pada penelitian ini, aspek yang memiliki nilai paling tinggi adalah dari aspek sistem peringatan bencana dengan nilai indeks sebesar 89 dan termasuk kategori siap dalam menghadapi bencana banjir. Sedangkan aspek yang memiliki nilai terendah adalah aspek mobilisasi sumber daya dengan nilai indeks sebesar 51 dan memiliki kategori kurang siap dalam menghadapi bencana banjir. This study aims to determine the level of preparedness carried out by affected communities in facing floods in Kampung Melayu Village, Jatinegara District, East Jakarta. This research was conducted in March 2022. The method used in this research is a quantitative method using a weighted scoring technique. The population in this study are all affected residents who live in flood-prone areas in Kampung Melayu Village. Then for the sample in this study were affected residents of productive age, namely ages 15-65 years with a total of 97 respondents. The sampling technique is proportional random sampling. The data collection technique uses primary data and secondary data, namely for primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents, then for secondary data, namely data on communities affected by flooding from Kampung Melayu Village. Based on the results of the study, community preparedness in dealing with floods in Kampung Melayu Village, Jatinegara District, East Jakarta has an index value of 79 in the ready category. In this study, the aspect that has the highest score is the aspect of the disaster warning system with an index value of 89 and is included in the category of preparedness in dealing with flood disasters. While the aspect that has the lowest score is the aspect of resource mobilization with an index value of 51 and has a category of less prepared in dealing with floods.
