Abstract
Bangunan perkantoran terlihat sebagai gedung yang aman dari bencana, akan tetapi peluang bahaya keadaan darurat banyak terjadi, seperti bencana gempa bumi, banjir, kebakaran, huru-hara, serta kejahatan manusia seperti ancaman bom. Dalam penerapan rencana tanggap darurat sangatlah penting untuk dilaksanakan pada kantor PT X mengingat karyawan yang bekerja pada kantor tersebut lebih dari 200 jiwa manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat perencanaan tanggap darurat kebakaran dan gempa bumi di kantor tenant (sewa) PT X pada gedung perkantoran Y. Metodologi penelitian ini termasuk penelitian Research and Development (R&D). Pengambilan data dilakukan di kantor tenant PT X pada gedung perkantoran Y dengan melakukan identifikasi potensi bahaya kebakaran, analisis sarana serta prasarana tanggap darurat dan menentukan jalur evakuasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT X memiliki potensi bahaya kebakaran yang cukup tinggi karena banyak perlengkapan dan peralatan yang dapat memicu kebakaran. Tingkat pemenuhan sistem proteksi aktif telah tersedia dengan tingkat pemenuhan, yaitu Alat Pemadam Api Ringan (APAR) sebesar 100%, alarm kebakaran sebesar 100%, sprinkler sebesar 100%, detektor kebakaran sebesar 80%, dan hydrant 85,71%. Tingkat pemenuhan manajemen tanggap darurat, yaitu prosedur tanggap darurat sebesar 0%, tim tanggap darurat sebesar 100%, dan pelatihan tanggap darurat 100%. Tingkat pemenuhan sarana keselamatan jiwa, yaitu pintu darurat sebesar 100%, tangga darurat sebesar 100%, koridor sebesar 50%, petunjuk arah keluar sebesar 100%, dan titik kumpul sebesar 100%. Oleh sebab itu, dilakukan perencanaan keadaan darurat kebakaran yang disesuaikan dengan skenario kebakaran dan gempa bumi serta penentuan jalur evakuasi yang dibagi berdasarkan zona warna dan jumlah pintu yang telah tersedia. **** Office buildings are seen as buildings that are safe from disasters, but there are many opportunities for emergencies to occur, such as earthquakes, floods, fires, riots, and human crimes such as bomb threats. In implementing the emergency response plan it is very important to implement it at the PT X office considering that there are more than 200 employees working in that office. This study aims to make a fire and earthquake emergency response plan in PT X's office tenant (rent) in Y's office building. The research methodology includes Research and Development (R&D) research. Data collection was carried out at the PT X tenant office in Y office building by identifying potential fire hazards, analyzing emergency response facilities and infrastructure and determining evacuation routes. The results of the study show that PT X has a fairly high fire hazard potential because there are many tools and equipment that can trigger a fire. The level of fulfillment of the active protection system is available with the level of fulfillment, namely Light Fire Extinguishers (APAR) of 100%, fire alarms of 100%, sprinklers of 100%, fire detectors of 80%, and hydrants of 85.71%. The level of fulfillment of emergency response management, namely emergency response procedures is 0%, emergency response teams are 100%, and emergency response training is 100%. The level of fulfillment of life safety facilities, namely emergency exits by 100%, emergency stairs by 100%, corridors by 50%, exit directions by 100%, and assembly points by 100%. Therefore, fire emergency planning is carried out according to fire and earthquake scenarios and determines evacuation routes which are divided based on color zones and the number of doors that are available.
