Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kesiapsiagaan komunitas sekolah menengah atas dalam menghadapi bencana gempa bumi dan tsunami di Kabupaten Lebak Provinsi Banten berdasarkan parameter Knowledge and Attitude (KA), Policy Statement (PS), Emergency Planning (EP), Warning System (WS), danResource Mobilization Capacity (RMC). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Komunitas Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) di wilayah rawan tsunami Kabupaten Lebak Provinsi Banten, yang terdiri dari siswa kelas 11, guru, dan kepala sekolah / staf sekolah.Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan observasi.Metode deskriptif kuantitatif, dan komparatif dalam penelitian ini digunakan untuk memperoleh hasil analisis yang lebih mendalam.Data dianalisis dengan indeks kesiapsiagaan menggunakan aplikasi "Step-A".Kemudian untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih dalam, analisis data juga dikombinasikan dengan analisis deskriptif, analisis situasi, dan analisis eksplanatori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesiapsiagaan masyarakat sekolah di Kabupaten Lebak Provinsi Banten memiliki nilai indeks 62,01% atau berada dalam kategori hampir siap, Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kesiapsiagaan komunitas sekolah menengah atas di Kabupaten Lebak Provinsi Banten perlu ditingkatkan dalam berbagai aspek. This study aims to analyze preparedness level of the high school community in facing earthquake and tsunami in Lebak Regency of Banten Province based on the parameters of Knowledge and Attitude (KA), Policy Statement (PS), Emergency Planning (EP), Warning System (WS), and Resource Mobilization Capacity (RMC). The population in this study is the Senior High School (SMA) Community in the vulnerable tsunami area of Lebak Regency of Banten Province, consisting of 11th grade students, teachers, and school principals/staff. Data were collected by questionnaire and observations. Descriptive quantitative, and comparative methods in this study were used to obtain more indepth analysis results. The data were analyzed by the preparedness index using the application "Step-A”. Then to get a deeper understanding, data analysis was also combined with descriptive analysis, situation analysis, and explanatory analysis. The results of the study showed that the level of preparedness of the school community in Lebak Regency of Banten Province has an index value 62,01% or are in the category almost ready. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the preparedness level of the high school community in Lebak Regency of Banten Province needs to be improved in various aspects.
