Abstract

*ABSTRAK* Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara daya ledak otot lengan dan persepsi kinestetik terhadap Three Point Shoot mahasiswa KOP basket putri UNJ. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif dengan teknik studi korelasi. Teknik pengambilan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan Instrumen Penelitian Total Sampling. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa KOP basket putri UNJ. Instrumen pada penelitian menggunakan shuffleboard distance perception test, two hand medicine ball throw, dan The dynamic 60 second Three Point Shooting test. Data yang terkumpul akan diproses dalam bentuk presentase. Hasil olah data menunjukkan bahwa 1.) Terdapat hubungan yang berarti atau signifikan antara Persepsi Kinestetik terhadap Three Point Shoot pada tim bola basket putri Universitas Negeri Jakarta dengan persamaan garis linier Ŷ = 4,570 + -0,131X₁ koefesien korelasi ry₁ = -0,520 Dan koefesien determinasi (ry₁²) = 0,282 Yang berarti variabel Persepsi Kinestetik memberikan sumbangan terhadap Three Point Shoot 28,2%. 2.) Terdapat hubungan yang berarti atau signifikan antara Daya Ledak Otot Lengan terhadap Three Point Shoot pada tim bola basket putri Universitas Negeri Jakarta dengan persamaan garis linier Ŷ = -1,241 + -2,085X₂, koefesien korelasi ry₂ = 0,511 Dan koefesien determinasi (ry₂²) = 0,286 Yang berarti variabel Daya Ledak Otot Lengan memberikan sumbangan terhadap Three Point Shoot sebesar 28,6%. 3.) Terdapat hubungan yang berarti atau signifikan antara Persepsi Kinestetik dan Daya Ledak Otot Lengan terhadap Three Point Shoot pada tim bola basket putri Universitas Negeri Jakarta dengan persamaan garis linier Ŷ = 0,731 + 0,100X₁ + -1,579 X₂, koefesien korelasi ry₁-₂ = 0,699 dan koefesien determinasi (Ry₁.₂)² = 0,405 yang berarti variabel Persepsi Kinestetik dan Daya Ledak Otot Lengan memberikan sumbangan terhadap Three Point Shoot sebesar 40,5%. *ABSTRACT* This study aims to determine the relationship between arm muscle power and kinesthetic perception of the Three Point Shoot of UNJ women's basketball KOP students. The research method used is associative quantitative research with correlation study techniques. The data collection technique in this study was the Total Sampling Research Instrument. The population of this study was all female basketball students at UNJ. The instruments in this study used the shuffleboard distance perception test, two hand medicine ball throw, and The dynamic 60 second Three Point Shooting test. The collected data will be processed in the form of a percentage. The results of data processing show that 1.) There is a significant relationship between Kinesthetic Perception of Three Point Shoot on the Jakarta State University women's basketball team with the equation of the linear line Ŷ = 4.570 + -0.131X₁ correlation coefficient ry₁ = -0.520 and the coefficient of determination ( ry₁²) = 0.282 which means that the Kinesthetic Perception variable contributes to the Three Point Shoot 28.2%. 2.) There is a significant relationship between Arm Muscle Power and Three Point Shoot on the Jakarta State University women's basketball team with the equation of the linear line Ŷ = -1.241 + -2.085X₂, the correlation coefficient ry₂ = 0.511 and the coefficient of determination (ry₂²) = 0.286 which means that the Arm Muscle Power variable contributes to a Three Point Shoot of 28.6%. 3.) There is a significant relationship between Kinesthetic Perception and Arm Muscle Power to Three Point Shoot on the Jakarta State University women's basketball team with the linear equation Ŷ = 0.731 + 0.100X₁ + -1.579 X₂, correlation coefficient ry₁-₂ = 0.699 and the coefficient of determination (Ry₁.₂)² = 0.405 which means that the Kinesthetic Perception and Arm Muscle Power variables contribute to the Three Point Shoot by 40.5%.
