Abstract

*ABSTRAK* Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara fleksibiltas pergelangan tangan dengan hasil Shooting dalam cabang olahraga petanque, penelitian dilakukan di 3 Kabupaten/Kota diantaranya Kota Bandung, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, dan Kabupaten Subang. Pengumpulan data dengan melakukan tes Shooting dan pengukuran fleksibilitas pergelangan tangan menggunakan goniometer dengan rentang waktu pengumpulan data dari 25-27 November 2022. Populasi sebanyak 27 atlet dari 3 Kabupaten/Kota, Sampel yang digunakan menggunakan purposive sampling sebanyak 20 atlet. feksibilitas pergelangan tangan (Y) hasil Shooting petanque (X) koefisien korelasi rxy 0,6168. Uji keberartian koefisien korelasi thitung 17,921 ttabel 1,7341 berarti koefisien korelasi rxy 0,6168 adalah signifikan. Dimana dalam tabel kekuatan hubungan terletak pada tingkatan hubungan yang kuat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan teknik korelasional, dengan demikian bisa diartikan adanya hubungan antara fleksibiltas pergelangan tangan dengan hasil Shooting pada cabang olahraga petanque. Kata kunci : fleksibilitas, pergelangan tangan, hasil Shooting. *ABSTRACT* This study aims to determine the relationship between wrist flexibility and Shooting results in the petanque sport. The research was conducted in 3 regencies/cities including Bandung City, West Bandung Regency, and Subang Regency. Data was collected by conducting a Shooting test and measuring wrist flexibility using a gonio meter with a data collection time range from 25-27 November 2022. The population was 27 athletesfrom 3 Regencies/Cities. The sample used was purposive sampling of 20 athletes. wrist flexibility (Y) results of Shooting petanque (X) correlation coefficient rxy 0.6168. Test the significance of the correlation coefficient tcount 17.921 ttable 1.7341 means the correlation coefficient rxy 0.6168 is significant. In the table the strength of the relationship lies at the level of a strong relationship. The research method used in this research is descriptive method with correlational techniques, thus it can be interpreted that there is a relationship between wrist flexibility and Shooting results in the pétanque sport.
